I think you're on the right track with the human fusion theory. I don't think anyone is really sure what that one means, but looking up "human fusion" showed me an organization creating high tech prosthetics that aims to integrate humans with technology, so I can only assume that it refers to humans and technology crossing over here too.

Regarding Lina's disappearance: (Lina is alive) If we assume Lina is alive and went missing then I have one possibility. Inside the windmill, Lina suffered an accident that knocked her out. Marvin, presuming that Lina was dead, freaked out and left the windmill. During the time Marvin left and came back to check the windmill, Lina was gone. So what happened? One possibility is that Lina woke up amnesiac from whatever knocked her out, and she made her way outside the windmill, wandering about never to be seen again and with no memory of her past, probably lived another life somewhere else. What the ending could mean: (Lina is dead) At the end we see Paul and Belle go in front of Lina's avatar as if being embraced by her. Looking at the setting, how the game lights up, could be allegorical to them all being dead and finally reuniting in the afterlife. You probably could have mentioned these theories in the video since it's a 9 hour long video and I could have skipped or missed those parts.

minor note: I might argue that "They didn't see her" is less about them not noticing her falling in but how a child might lie about not seeing someone. If Marvin and his friend took a picture before exploring, then another one after to make it look like they weren't all together it implies some level of knowing that something wrong happened. So Marvin and his friend went exploring, and maybe Lina fell in by accident, or maybe on purpose, but when questioned afterwards about Lina the response was "we haven't seen her".

The "Marvin is a PDF file" theory always made me uncomfortable, in a way I don't think the series was going for. I always interpreted as it more of Marvin seeing Lina as a younger sister he failed to protect, and trying to "rebirth" her was just a desperate attempt to get back what he lost. I think they build up the theory with lines such as "You married her sister" implying he might've went for Anna because she looked like Lina, or "you're in the bathtub thinking about her" which is just a place to think about life in general. I guess it can't really be ruled out, and if this was the route they're going for, I'm at least greatful they made it more subtle than "Dormikibusk" or whatever that FNAF game was called. Still though, Care is one of those characters I don't need to see in that situation. She feels like a neighbor's daughter.

I know I saw the "Marvin is a good guy" theory on a YT video once. It was well presented and discussed how much of the series is ambiguous and requires you to fill in the blanks. However I think that was before the "Here I come" video came out which pretty much put a nail in that coffin. Still, the idea that Rainer is gaslighting everyone into thinking Marvin's a bad guy when he really isn't is my favorite controversial theory.
