06/08/2024 decided to take the vette to Kuhnle Motorsports out here in Ohio. Had a blast, got my wife to experience the drag strip as well. Best Run was 11.83 On Pump Gas 89 Octane, wasn't prepared or else would have gotten 91.

In my experience on the C8 coupe it only increases the turbulence and noise.
Well guess what. , my 2LT was just delivered. . And I like this video and product. . Good info. But let me say. I have this beautiful rapid blue C8 in the garage. And I can’t even figure out how to program the garage door opener. The downside of having one delivered is just that. The rest is even more overwhelming for me. I did go around the block once and I hit a total 5 Miles on the odometer. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Neighbors are asking did I get it. 🤷♂️

Jay do a test with windows down. I rarely put windows up with top off.

@@JayJafarthat would be great. It’s $400 and I think the windows down is a much more common use case. If I see someone in a coupe riding top off windows up that’s just weird.

Im not sure I understand, the carplay is plenty big in my opinion You do lose 3/4 of an inch on the left where you can choose other apps in the cars infotainment And maybe half an inch on the top showing the time, internet, outside temp etc. If that sounds like yours, then unfortunately thats the biggest carplay can get

How about PPF? I have that on the front end of my C8..
That is the best thing you can do for protection from uv as well as from rock chips and scratches You still need paint correction before adding the pff But adding a ceramic coat even over your ppf will make maintenance washes much easier and make the color pop more

Good one. Very helpful to me. I’ll say this about the rear camera / mirror I’m damned if I do either. The camera is good but when you wear glasses just for distance. Looking the camera is blurry. Using the mirror is outright dangerous.
Mine is on order. It will be my first. ( bucket list item). I’m choosing not to drive it from New Hampshire to NY. I won’t feel comfortable first time in this car on a 4 hour trip. So I am left with a delivery in an enclosed truck. When they drop it off , I won’t know a thing about it . And this video was very informative . Would you know if every Chevy dealer has specific techs for corvettes?
