Awesome! I was looking for hardware similar to the Reason Redrum Drum Machine and I think this is the One! I was just wondering though, if you want to add a snare or hat roll, but want it to be faster than the 16 steps allow, how can you make a hat roll in-between the steps... if that makes sense?

Does this method apply to a roland tr626 to m audio ozone keyboard both have midi, keyboard has Midi in and a din usb connection tr626 has midi in and out? Abelton 9 lite? Thanks for your work...

Hey kk junker, great vid! I used the SX for a live set last week and found it super versatile. Do you use Sawloops to load samples onto its memory?

I had had really nice MIDI bass sound called Tight Full Bass and a sound effect called Res Clicks in an older version of Ableton that have now disappeared in my newer Live 10 Ableton. Heartbreaking. I can find old Ableton Projects where the sounds seem to still play even though they are playing on the newer version of Ableton ( which does not have those sounds?), but I can't save those versions any more. Any ideas?

Excellent series thank you so much. Would love more on the Slice & Stretch if you get time. One thing though, aren’t all the FX global, not just the FX Chain? I understand different parts can be set to go to different Fx slots, but there are only 3 global Fx slots right, and the Fx parameters can’t be unique for each part can they?
