Gamay is the grape variety most closely associated with Beaujolais, the wine region in Burgundy's southern part. There, Gamay is made into a red wine that ranges from bright and fruit-forward (a light-bodied red wine that's light on tannins and tends to have a bright, juicy freshness reminiscent of banana, candy, kirsch...) to complex wines that are reminiscent of the more famous red wines of northern Burgundy.
At the end, as usual, there are 5 WSET exam-type questions.

Thank you for your question. My recommendation is for you to create your own. Combination of watching videos, reading the material and creating own study material is the learning process that guaranties success.
I think your answer to 23 is incorrect. I think the correct answer is B, not C. Australian Shiraz has lower tannins but more ripe fruit. I’ve checked this on 2 other sources. 🤔
Thank you for the comment. Generally wines from warmer climate produces wines with higher tannin and riper fruit. Syrah vs Shiraz is a typical example of same grape but with two different styles of wine.
