6 years ago I was diagnosed with fibroids. I didn’t want surgery or to lose my uterus and I didn’t want to take medication for the rest of my life. I started eating fruits, vegetables and drinking more water for 90 days no coffee, tea, sugar, and dairy products. I also started walking every day. My fibroids were cured after the 90 days. I still can’t believe the doctor said I was going to be on medication long term for the pain and to have surgery to remove the fibroid.

Before I have my fibroid wasn't given me heavy flow my period was normal my circle 26days but after I had my open mayometomy I had my first period heavy second month is was ok but after then my period no longer flowing it always comes in a drop that I don't even use pads but this get me worried please what could be the case . September 8th 2024 make it six months I did mayometomy please help😢

Thanks for the video, it helps calm the mind of a few worries. Right now, had open myomectomy around 7 weeks ago, and was expecting my second period this week. The pain is there, the breast sensitivity is there, the vertigo, insomnia and just general wierdness is present, but the actual period is nowhere to be seen! It decided to take a vacation without filing in the proper paperwork😢. Plus can anyone tell me why the pain is extra where my tube was removed?

How do you ensure that you aren't in a conflict of interest? My understanding is that the goals of foster care should be connection and reunification, but if you are looking to adopt, doesn't that create the potential that you won't be supportive of the biological family maintaining connection with their kid(s)?

How big was that ? Was it just one inscion…how long did it take you to fully recover

I stayed in the hospital for 5days and went home after that.

I had an open myomectomy surgery on the 24th of May 2024 and i documented my journey here on UA-cam as well. Women need to be more aware of this and go for check up more.

Hello ma'am I underwent laproscopic myomectomy last month. Doctor prescribed me contraceptive tablets for 3 months. My periods starts today. But till now I am having only spotting ( previously I never had spotting). I am a little worried. Could you please tell me whether periods flow will start normally?

Ive had bad cramps the first two days of my cycle all my life , reminding me of labor pains so that wasn't new , what alerted me was my period lasted longer than 7 days to 10 to 13 days , I hope having the ones removed put my uterus helped me

I had mine last week and my stomach is so tender. I was looking forward to sex with my husband but now I'm a bit scared 😂. And yes 6 weeks is soo long

I’m hoping once my 6 weeks is up I can get my libido back to normal. After bariatric surgery I. 2021 it came back beautiful after wa Ning for so long hormones I know. However year later had galbaldder removed and fibroid grew 3x my who libido was gone. I e been interest and sex of any type . My Husband is so understanding thank goodness. For the last year it’s hurt 90% of the time. Mine was a 9cm on the back as well and 5cm at cervix. I really hope it improves. I hope to get some of my feels back

I have had my myomectomy surgery for 6 weeks today 30/09/23 but I haven't seen my period and I'm getting fully recovered now. How Long should I be waiting for my first period?

Thank you for sharing this because I struggle with fibroids and I am wondering if it’s worth it to start IVF. Because the hormones from the IVF shots causes the fibroids to grow back. This is exhausting. They also want to take out my fallopian tubes they are swollen.

This is what I needed to see. My husband still tries while I'm pre-op(mine are now calcified) so it's very painful sometimes I'm in tears. I feel bad and like we are both suffering. I can't wait until I have this surgery. I'm always so uncomfortable and lately I have no desire to do it.

Hi tqqq for this great information.its been 5 weeks post op .21/2kg febroid has been removed.

My cycle has done a complete turnaround since having an open myomectomy. The cramps were almost unbearable before the surgery. It may sound cliche, but having the surgery was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time.
