My predator engine consists of a governor delete and a vm22 clone carb. My question to you is if i run a torque converter, billet rod and billet flywheel, i can be able to run 22lbs valve springs correct? Or would i need to also add a mod2 cam?

Hemi is .0039-.0059 for both valves. Non-hemi is .004-.006 intake and is .006-.008 exhaust

Sooo i have a predator 212 will an open pipe a vm 22 mukuni carb and a 15t clutch and a 74t sprocket in the rear. And i was looking online and i was wondering if i had to upgrade the valve springs or anything else in order to not blow the motor. Thanks and great vid.

Thanks for the video! Everything was the exactly same on my 2013 Chevy Impala LS 3.6. The only exception was it took about 1 1/4th gallons of coolant. I let it drain for close to two hours, it kept dripping which didn't look like much but I suspect that's why it took a little more. Mine has 46,000 miles on it.

Hey man, I just finished building my 212 hemi it has a billet rod, flywheel, flat top high compression piston, .010 hg and vm22 carb. When I hit maybe half throttle the engine bogs out and stalls. I tried adjusting the carb but doesn’t help much. I have a stock gas tank and no fuel pump. Could the issue be I need an external fuel pump? Or rejet the carb. It has a 130 main jet and 16 pilot

I have a Chinese motor the 7.5hp massimo m200 the camshaft is plastic the people who owned it before never took care of it. Well now after removing the governor and basically putting that crank seal cover back the cam isn’t sitting right on the case to where I’m getting no compression…any tips? If I have the case barely in there I’ll get compression but the minute I start tighten the bolts down I get no compression. Thanks in advance
