Theorem: Every performance on UA-cam of a given work by a given mature performer is adjudged by at least one viewer to be the best performance of that work. This performance would obviously be hard to beat but what I particularly like about the video is that it doesn’t switch mindlessly between different views of the pianist and/or the piano. Rather, it reflects what we would hope to see as a member of the live audience, I.e., focused steadily on the pianist, her hands, and the keyboard. Hats off to the producer of the video as well as to the performer (and the composer!).

ok, she Is good, but Liszt vas virtuoso, this would be up tempo, in any case I saw many pianists from Asia with great technique , but she gets the subtle changes in pianissimo and fortissimo , still way to go to the Ciffra's level , he played this absolutely gorgeous, and Lisitsa who nowadays goes close to the tempo Liszt would like. BTW at some phraseses this is even incorrect

Well, friends, this devotee of piano music would dare say YES she Is gifted, too. Because: a lifetime commitment of hard work, concentration, analysis and memorization will not produce a phenomenal interpretive work of beauty like this lady presents without great talent and even, yes, a corresponding form of genius. (And, if i correctly recall from a past interview - she also does place a priority on heroic emotional involvement in her interpretations.🔥

    Miguel Llobet編曲でこの曲の7小節目を忠実に弾いているのを初めて見た。恐るべき指の柔軟性、6弦のGを維持している。他のプロでも実現しているかもしれないが、私はKyuhee Parkしか知りません。

Bro I wish she'd play it without convulsing 🥺 Please pianists stop shaking your head like you're handicapped. Just sit there and be dignified it's far more enjoyable to watch. We all know you don't need to act like a retard to "feel" the music. Look at Horowitz, sits like a dignified gentleman and plays the most beautiful piano..
