Mickey's very merry chrismas party. Parade started at 10:30 pm. See Mickey mouse, donald duck, cinderella, snow white, beauty and the beast, woody, and of course, Santa Clause!! It was Magical. Love the shoots where the background was the lighted castle, unbelievable view.

Spent like 3 hours fishing for the first time in the Sunshipe skyway pier (south). Near St. Petersburg, FL. Caught lots of spottail pinfish(at least 30, but I only kept 10 to try to eat them); these are not too big (about 8 inches long) but really fun to catch as they put up a good fight. We went kayaking in Crystal River in Florida (1 1/2 hour north of Tampa), saw lots of people and lots of Manatee!! these are very cute and docile creatures

On a Friday, I just stumbled upon an angel fish laying eggs in my co-worker's cubicle. Was very excited (can you tell??). But I came on Monday and the eggs are gone. Probably eaten by the parent (happens sometimes).

had a wonderful time at the American River, near Sailor Bar, watchint people catching King Salmon and catching a couple myself too. Barbless hooks only, that might explain why so many fish were lost :)

Part 2 shows the 2 step process of adding Salt in the salmon roe and curing it, salting it, to make delicious salmon caviar, or Ikura. This method just uses the Salt directly. There are other ways, such as using brine, or soysauce. The entire process takes about 90 min.
