My problem I’m having is my hyper x white boom arm the silver long piece that is in the middle attached to the arm and the connecter fell and now it’s in pieces and I can’t put it back together

I experienced the same thing too unfortunately. Went to different boom arms

Update: the battery I received from amazon is bad. It won't charge past 10%, and randomly crashes the laptop. I will return it and order a different one from Amazon. Hopefully I won't have the same issues.

I purchased a XPS 8940 directly from Dell in '21. It came with the Nvidia RTX 3060 TI. Recently my pc has been freezing up and I must shut down to get out of it. I really like the looks of the mouse ! From my experience tho, you should try giving wireless mices a shot (if you really are into gaming), it truly was a game changer for me.

mouse is 5 years old and you will suffer of double clicking in 1-2 years, just saying it's a pretty bad mouse. (I've had one)

I just bought this and the arm resonates really bad if I tap my finger anywhere on it. And then even if I tap my desk I can hear my mic pick up the resonance from the boom arm. Has this happened to you? How would I fix it?

yo just a quick tip you might as well get a ultra wide if your going for dual monitor i am soon giving up on my dual monitor life style and because some ultra wides do picture in picture or picure by picture modes or some have a build in kvm switch i soon get a 34 inch or 49 inch my old dual monitors are 27 inches each
