You should water after replanting even if you just watered. It helps get the soil to settle in and gets rid of air pockets!

The only way I have gotten my ferns to live is to put them in no drainage pots. I put a layer of perlite at the bottom and soil and it keeps their soil like the forest floor. My lemon button loves it

I put my ferns places where I remember to randomly dump water in all the time. Self watering is a good idea. They also need a lot of light. Cute lithop flowers.❤

I keep all my ferns in no drainage with a leca reservoir so they stay consistently moist. Works pretty good for me. I don't have this specific fern. It's super pretty 😍

I've never seen a Lythops bloom! Although I just had a Draceana Citho bloom -it has such a lovely scent.

I agree with you on Costa Farms plants,besides being very wet when I purchased them I also noticed the roots are not developed well,a lot of small slips in the pot😮

I have the same issues with Costa Farms hanging baskets,most rot out.I am currently losing two Chelsea Hoya that I bought about two weeks ago,soil was so wet and hasn’t dried out yet,such a shame and the money I’ve spent.

I agree with you about Costa Farms hanging baskets being very moist and also the roots are underdeveloped and just a bunch of pieces.

Looks a thousand times better! Love it! It really needed a bigger pot. Yesterday I repotted a humongous whale fin senseveria I found at work. This thing was flowering cause it was so dry. I repotted in a large plastic basket, it’s not even a pot. I have to ask my husband to make holes in the middle. Can’t wait for your next video, adios!!!

I’ve noticed Costa Farms sells their plants in larger pots hence the plants absorbs way too much water,so they die off ..Just look at the root ball on most of them and most could be set in smaller pots.😊

Get yourself a good nail brush!! I bit my nails 'til they bled for years and the only thing that helped me stop, (besides smoking like a chimney and knitting [quit the smoking , upped the knitting 😆]) was using the nail brush every time I washed my hands. I still can't stand "stuff" under my nails especially when they have polish on them. Good Nail Brush - one by each sink . You'll be happier.❤💕🤗

You have to keep the soil very damp if you put the baby into the pot.

You can easily spray paint plastic pots! Any color you like. It's a game changer.

I’ve noticed the hanging plants at Home Depot come into the store already overwatered maybe because they are shipped out and may sit for awhile and then rewatered over again.I’ve lost several because of this and others are dried out completely 😮

If you use a heavier pot as a cover pot, it can help keep a tall plant upright.
