Thanks for coming back. I like u show what you do with your plants instead of running around to show good plants only. I can relate to you as far as plants are concerned
I just helped my daughter last week, to trim and prune her cebu blue. We chopped and propped a lot. I too have grown out of the propagation phase (so much work and wait for "maybe" a few starts). But I've managed to give my daughter the "houseplant addiction" ...so she will have fun. I think you are on to something for the reason the vines get long and bare (root-bound or needing nutrients). We had to repot my daughter's cebu also. As far as life's challenges...it's ok to step back. We can't give our heart 100% to everything all the time. Without giving details, it's been a rough season for me also. I sold almost half my plants (or threw away those that I was tired of battling mealy bugs). Step back, dump the trash so you're not tempted to rescue pruned vines, and just breathe! Your self-care and health is more important than the plants. You're my favorite plant you-tuber, so of course I miss you. But it causes me to remember to say a prayer for you also. Never mind the whole song...but I'm sure there are times we can sing the chorus from "I will Survive" 💯💝
Yesterday I bought a super large Cebu Blue at Lowe’s! Glad to see you made another video. Your Cebu is so beautiful! You should do a few repots and just chat with us. Sending much love ❤️ 🪴 Adios and God bless
Good ole Cebu Blue! The money I have wasted on this plant but still didn't give up on her. I eventually ordered my last one and decided to leave it in it's original pot and then add some mix on the top. The plant is thriving. Very finicky plant. I does not like being in a deep pot and it does not like being wet. I would not repot it in that black pot and add perlite etc to the bottom without compost. This is a plant that does better when you bottom feed it unless the water can run straight through it. I remember that video it was hilarious! You and Planterina! So sorry she lost her channel.
same thing happened with my Scindapsus, there were no leaves, so I chopped up the vines and merged 2 small plants into 1 and added the nodes to the plants too. hopefully by spring the plant will look more fuller.
Hi Desiree, the cebu blue came out beautiful! When you stopped to check your starfish snake plant, I was like oh no. I recently got a tiny 2 inch starfish, and I love it so much I ordered one from GP waiting on it. It is nice that you can now cut plants off without being afraid, I also was the same way, now I just do it if I have to. Wow, see maturing plant parents, we are wise plant parents! Lol
so glad you posted again! you are one of my favorite you tubers! I love your cebu blue, I have not purchased one yet, but it is on my wish list. I have been going through my plants kind of a fall clean up, so I have tossed some as well, that were struggling and some that just were not bringing me joy anymore. I am kind of veering away from Philidentrons and going more for classic common plants, and hoyas, I love hoyas they stay much smaller than philos and monsteras. I have one monstera and a thai constalletion that are just babies 3-4 leave wonders, and philo tortum, billietea, and a golden dragon that I just love. I tend to buy the baby plugs and they don't always make it, and I am ok with that, but seriously thinking of reducing my plants down if they are struggling I either cut them down, or just leave them, to wait to see if they com ebacklike my PPP verigated she almost died, but has made a comeback!.
Hello!! Im so glad to see your face!! I have missed your videos. I watched a video once about the scindapsus silvery anne, and that person said that they produce runners because of inaccurate watering and seeking a light source. So maybe that is what is wrong with your Cebu, but I have found they can be a bit persnickity sometimes. Any who glad to see you back, I hope things are going well for you.
Most Vinings plants are natural climbers and they will keep getting stretched if they are hanging. Look up adult form cebu blue pothos they finestrate like a monstera . I have it's cousin a Baltic blue and I have secondary finestrations. You could take 2 node cuttings in the soil in the self watering pot and they will root and grow
Later in the evening I did feel bad for the leaves that I threw away lol And some of them I did cut and put in the top of the soil after seeing your comment. We'll just see what happens!
Hi Desirea, it’s so nice to see you again! I do vividly remember your Cebu blue and you saying you love just going past it and brushing your hands against it bc you love it so much!! Of course, after seeing yours, I had to get one for myself and the only way back then was to order one online. I paid $17 for a 4” pot - plus shipping 😩! Since then, I have two huge ones and several smaller ones. I like your “updated” Cebu blue, all cleaned up. My two large ones are hanging off a tree outside and they’ll need a similar trim, I’m sure. Be well! I know it’s not always possible to keep in mind that the sun is always there even when all we experience is darkness… but please try. Sending well wishes and Love your way . 💕💕💕💕

My day is made when I see you have a new video!! I remember the 3 video comparison of the Cebu Blue! The price difference was crazy!!
Love those comparison videos😊 (hint 😉 hint) 😊

Hahaha look at us growing up! Oh I bet that lil starfish is going to be so cute!
You planted that with the watering spot in the back.... I would never remember it was self watering if I couldn't see the opening!
I didn't even notice that I did that! But I probably would have put it in the back either way. I definitely forgot that it was a self-watering pot 😆
I would love to have some of those vines if not all💕💕💕

New sub!! I really like your channel and I’m glad I found you! ❤ you have so much potential to have a lot of subscribers, I can see that!
Thank you I appreciate that 💚 Thank you so much for watching!

@@spacecaseandherplants if need be put a alarm in your phone and fill the tank of the pot for 2 to 3 weeks and they should sprout. . Good luck.
I have my Cebu Blue on a moss pole and it doesn’t have runners. I guess it needs to feel secure otherwise it sends out runners to cling to something.
I think she needs a smaller pot😊I have no luck with cebu blue pothos and global greens
Vines/runners want to attach to something, that' s what epipremnum pinnatum and scindapsus do...they send these runners to grab a branch😅
