That wall paper is called Mylar. Had it in two rooms when my late husband and I bought our house in 1982 (it was built in 1979). Got rid of it not too long ago. Replaced my orange kitchen counter top with granite 8 years ago. Of course, that's out of style now. LOL Great video. Thanks.
This explore is great! Love the 60's and 70's houses, untouched all original. Just wondering why you and other explorers don't have a mask in your backpacks, or in your vehicles just in case the house has mold in it?Actually best would be a respirator mask. Of course that doesn't prevent your skin from being exposed, but at least it would protect your respiratory system. Good job with the explore. Thanks Urbex!
Yeah, the Tile in the Kitchen is HIDEOUS!!!! But the Border is nice, I think so anyway. They've actually used Border from the Seventies to the Nineties. What's going on with the Stairwell?! That's AWFUL!!!! The Cedar Lined Closet is VERY NICE!!!! We had one in our old house. Wish we still had one!!!!
The kitchen may be small by todaus standards, but it is well laid out and effivient. 50 yeats ago, the kitchen was for cooking. The maim pary was meant to be in the dining room or somewhere else
I'd say, the owners built this house in their early marriage and didn't have the heart, or maybe the funds to change anything. I have a house built in 1979 and have changed things but not all. It's expensive.
There is no way that place costs 4.2 Million dollars it may be worth $200,000.00 at best it is a nice house though thank you for sharing your video. 😎✌️
Maybe you live in rural Ohio or something but up here in the Greater Toronto Area land easily goes for this. The people build 10+ million dollar McMansions up here. Loads of money in Toronto and area.
In Ontario Canada the housing situation is crazy. The house isn’t worth that much it’s the large property it’s located on. Thats why it’s been demolished

So much avocado in the 60's and 70's when I was growing up. My mother had 2 Fords that were avocado. Avocado appliances, etc. Gross.
