It's important to remember that feelings can be very complex and mixed, and that everyone experiences it differently. And that healing takes time, but it all matters and it's okay to not be okay. I want you to know that I'm really proud of you for speaking up and saying these things. It takes a lot of strength and courage to do that, and to help other people who may feel the same way too. <3
