Any info you would be willing to share on this? Would love to go bt30 on my bf20
Any one source good a belt spindle ie iso30 for running a servo like thus video with low run out
Ditch the annoying music.
@elmecworks Hello, I am also interested in the plans of the spindle. Could you share the basic dimension atleast?
Just found your channel and Subscribed. Very nice work
Appreciate,your works also very nice.
This is a very cool work. How much do you ask for on the sketch?
aha i finally can understand the principle. So basically gravity lets it fall out if is not captured with thouse balls and that happens when air is engaged with pressure
In addition to gravity, the drawbar gives the tool a shot, too, if the air pressure is on.
Nice 👍 What motor are you using?
Hi, Thanks, the motor is 110ST-M06030 check here: aqtronic.com
Ola amigo esse cartucho spindle voce comprou ou fez ele ?
I want to build this same set up. Do you have parts numbers or links to the parts PLEASE.
This is a very cool work. I didn't think you'd show how it's done. I am impressed. Thank you!
Very precise and clean work! I used a very similar spindle (derived from BT30) when I designed the headstock for my CNC lathe, then integrated the motor inside the spindle (or the spindle inside the motor). You can check it out in my videos! Thank you for sharing.
Nice 👍🏼
Sk 30 tool r sk 40 tool ur using the cone run out was 0 micron is it .
Very Good, congratulations my friends !!!
!!!Thank you friend,
Very Good Design and workmanship, We appreciate those Machine tool Designers and Manufacturers for their simplicity, Workmanship with accuracy.
Thank you.
A guy that knows what he is doing...
How much money did you spend to complete that setup?
Servo motor $450,bearings $200,air cylinder $100,metals $100 total $850 plus several hours of hard work.
Can you give me list to diy?
hi..very nice work....can u give us dimesons for this project....especially what is the diameter of the ball bearing clamp and the hole? Thx in advance
Hi, can you email a picture and note the dimensions you want to know?thanks. info@aqtronic.com
The spring must be 200-300kg for ISO20. For ISO25 will be much more to not "fall out" in the process of milling
Thank you for the comment.
Can you share the design?
Do you sell this unit? I would like to buy one.
Hello,yes,my email: info@aqtronic.com
Super - puper!
Thanks man, finally i understand how this system works. 😁
Is it me, hard to tell with the music and my hearing is not what it used to be, but something sounds ... off ... at the higher rpms. To much of a grinding noise for lack of a better expression.
which motor is it?
Hi,110ST-M06030
Great spindle!!
Hello. Very nicely done. Do you have plans for the bt30 spindle conversion that you want to share?
Παρα πολυ ωραία δουλεια! Μπραβο! Εχω μια απορια πως συγκρατουνται οι μπιλιτσες και δε πεφτουν εξω καθως κρατας το gripper και εφαρμοζεις την ουρα του κωνου;
Ευχαριστώ,με λίγο γράσο.
very good what servo do you use
Hi,the servo is 110ST-M06030
VÉNDEME TU FORMA DE PODER HACER QUE SE POSESIONARA EL Z PARA HACER UN CAMBIO DE HERRAMIENTA
What bearing you used? And the most important thing: how about balancing? Have you balanced this this spindle dynamically?
How can I buy
Excellent sir,Can you please share how the mechanism design
can you do it for me too ? how much?
Hi! Owesome project! Could you share the bearing codes plz?
I have a Newbie question, is the air for vacuuming the tool holder? but if the compressor is blowing, how is it going to suck?
Very nice work sir! Btw what size bearings are you using ? All are angular contact bearings ?
How does the sleeve ball lock mechanism work. Are balls in some kind of taper or dual sided plunger. Basically how are balls held inside inner sleeve?
Please check > photos.app.goo.gl/MfNvsVyGNxF12iMRA
@@elmecworks what is the ball size sir
Did you design the spindle shaft yourself? Or are some parts bought?
Hi, the shaft was designed and manufactured by me, some accessories like air cylinder, bearings and so on were purchased
@@elmecworks nice project you made there. Sure was time consuming.
Is this spindle and servo capitable of cutting steel at 5000rpm
Hi, it depends on the diameter of the current tool and the cutting depth and the CNC speed, generally the spindle and servo is suitable for cutting steel.
Are you planing to make a video hope to implement a atc into your software ie mach3 ..i cant seamm to find a tutorial explain what required
is any chance to get a plans or any sketch of housing spindle ?
Hello, is the kit made by you or is it purchased? In case of purchase, can you say where and if it is your own, do you sell the plans? Thank you and happy new year
Happy new year!the kit is made by me for a friend, please notice the key point of any spindle is the correct grinding of the tool holder surface. If you want to made a similar spindle I can give the basic dimensions because I don't have the full plans.
@@elmecworks Hello, I am also interested in the plans of the spindle. Could you share the basic dimension atleast?
@@elmecworksyes please share the drawings! Thank you kindly
Hello This setup (Bt30) is suitable for woodworking?
Hi,sure BT30 is suitable for woodworking.thanks.
man.. its very nice machine, but too complicated..
Hi! I'm interesting to convert my b20 cnc to a belt drive like your, can you tell me which engine you used and If you use a kit conversion or do you made parts by yourself? thanks.
Hi!,the engine is 90st-m02430 also good is 90st-m04025,I have made almost all parts my self,if you need any help use my email.
Absolutely unique idea and First class designed functionality.... SIR GEE .
Thank you.
I found You today by accident. I was looking for MH25 content and Your avesome mill just poped up. And You have no idea how I’m happy about it 😉 Greetings from Poland.
Hi,Glad to hear that.Greetings from Greece.
