Did you machine all the components yourself? If not, where did you purchase the BT30 spindle? Everything looks very nice!

Nice! Was looking for something like that. Which air cylinder did you used? Link? I normally see 3 stages cylinder so curious to see if this one is enough. Thanks

Hi friend,I use an single stage SDA80X30 air cylinder,I think people using 3 stages air cylinder they want extra power to pull up R8 collet tool holder mainly for spin reason but the BT30 tool holder have anti-spin system usefull for heavy load(tool holder are locked on the main shaft),however the spring I use are very strong,as you can see in the video the single cylinder it's okay.Thank you

@@elmecworks Thank you for the explanation. Yeh I will need it for R8 tools. Replace the stock MK2 with R8 so I guess I need the extra pulling force.

Everything looks V clean. I notice a painted snap ring in the head (0:57) , and at (1:04) paint under the main bearing retainer / covers.. maybe that got cleaned and we didn't see, or is it not important?. In any case, subbed here.. looks V promising, just the level and type of machine mods I'm interested in. Keep well. P.S... could you increase the font size and contrast for your on screen notes.. bit hard to read. Thanks

Very good observation for the paint down of the bearing,I was wonder for malfunction but I decided to keep the color becuase the big distance between bearings and their pressure, maybe can flatten the fresh paint and the resulting deviation can be absorbed by the bearings,Today all working perfectly after the speed test even at 3000 rpm, smooth and silent action,I will be glad to share that in the next video.I'll improve the screen notes,Thanks for your comments.
