Thanks for the video. My son’s 2011 maxima had the P0171 and you could hear the hiss like you showed and it was the exact same thing.

I have the same issue on my 2014 maxima. I will check this today and hopefully this will be the fix. It doesn't look like it is easy to get to though, but I will check.

Replaced the aerator, valve, faucet line, and cleared the main supply. With your video, I washed and cleaned the parts you removed and the pressure is fantastic now. Contacting Lowes now for a replacement of both cartridges.

The other one they call a lower gas hose for some reason but it's longer and above this one. Thanks again

Did this myself, thanks. However the moment I tighten the pressure hose bolt into the rack, The steering wheel gets completely stiff locked up. If I crack the nut just barely loose enough to leak, the wheel is loose and free again, but will lock up the moment I tighten the bolt. What could be the issue?? Please advise.

Always put refrigerant oil on the white Retention Cap Oring - or you'll be sorry. The seal could micro tear or bunch up, then leak. Also, I would grind away a small semi circle of that sheet metal so the cap can easily be removed and reinstalled.

I struggled pulling the old desiccant tube (dryer) from the evaporator. I’m buying a pair of SKINNY needle nose pliers to try in the morning.

You can use the head of a metric bolt to insert into the plug, and pliers on the threaded end of the bolt to loosen the plastic plug. No need for that specialized tool.
