Extremely helpful video, thank you. I really appreciate you going step-by-step and explaining the whole way. I have the same sink and was getting low pressure on the hot side. Replaced the aerator, valve, faucet line, and cleared the main supply. With your video, I washed and cleaned the parts you removed and the pressure is fantastic now. Contacting Lowes now for a replacement of both cartridges.
Hey man, I know it's been like 2 years since you posted this video but this video saved me like $200 in plumber bills by doing it myself. Glad you posted it! Thanks!
Could this be the reason why it’s leaking from the base of the sink? Underneath I have a drip coming from the under side of the faucet ? I took it apart and the seals look worn on the valves just didn’t know
I have that exact faucet in my bathroom. It is leaking... Went to home depot looking for part... bought wrong part. Do you happen to have the part number for that cartridge replacement? Appreciate it if you do. Thanks
Yes the cold side is A507180N an the hot side is A507179N Aquasource customer service will ship you the part for free because there is a lifetime warranty on the faucet. They will ask for the model number of the sink an the date of purchase. Here is the number my friend 1-866-417-7564. Monday-Friday 8am-8pm🙂. Good luck
Thanks Scott... however I didn't buy the sink... bought the house it is in... so not eligible for free part. Trying to find the part numbers that you said... but doesn't seem to be listed that way... There should be something on the front of the package that says something like 3s-9h/c or 3s-15c or something like that... Hardware stores don't have all options and when looking online there are so many can't see clearly if they are the ones that I need... If you know what the above type of numbers were on those models I would appreciate it. Thanks James
I just pulled the knob off the hot side and there is a sticker on the cartridge. It says model # 51B0034NP. Item #0007148. The customer service number on the cartridge is the same as the number I gave you for AquaSource. Just call that number and give them that model number for that cartridge and they will Just bill you I suppose. Let me know how everything goes. The other numbers I gave you were straight out of the manual With this number coming directly off the cartridge this may help. It looks like you may have to call them directly and order it because even putting those numbers in Google don't come up and on Amazon. This is like buying a Mercedes. You have to go right back to the dealer. Laugh out loud.

Scott, This was helpful - little gray thing that positioned the cartridge was not demonstrated in any others that I watched.
