- Sometimes sudden and traumatic changes in life can drastically change a person for good or bad. In my case, it turned me into a depressed and sad person and the only way out of that state was for me to be vulnerable to the people around me. Wasn't an easy road but I've manage to become a lot more driven and determined through this process.
I appreciate all the love and support through this process and hope this story of how I managed to cope and what I dealt with inspires the next to challenge life head on.

I hate the idea of doing everything right as a person, yet and still everything in life will attack you in such a negative way. What I’ve grown to learn though is too number one be completely open with yourself first, allow your feelings to surface no matter what (you have these emotions for a reason) and simply say thank you just for waking up for a second chance.
When you are a great person with an even greater purpose, there’s alot of trial we face, simply because of the way life is designed. Your story will make sense in the end, it’ll turn into your purpose here on earth, it’ll eventually be so clear. Trauma is testimony and testimony is truth.
Ken you’re building a village G, so it’s going to take time. Always remember that true success looks different than the average style we display, so stay true to yourself, accept your pain and keep pushing through.

bro i recently snapped 2 bones in my wrist snowboarding and had to wait a month for surgery .. definitley tests you when you're going through it but you come out of it a stronger person
