I have a ton of questions about how to use this. What is the best way to learn the ends and outs of the twk88 I purchased One about a month ago and am finally getting around to installing it on a motorcycle. Does this unit allow mono? There are eight inputs, can I set up a preset that is mono using two RCA jacks coming from a head unit? Going to eight mono outputs and then set up another profile for Bluetooth receiver to do the same? I had the Dayton 408 before this and it was a lot more user-friendly but every one is saying good things about the JL.

someone please help and answer this question. Do I wire the crossover from the speaker to the tweeter? Or amp then crossover to speaker then tweeter directly to speaker???? I even heard amp, crossover, then add second wire after crossover to feed tweeter with 1 wire and the extra wire to speaker. Did I explain it coherently? lol

The TUN software is miles ahead of anything similar on the market. I have always wondered, at 0db, what is the output voltage? Im using optical in.

PLEASE HELP!!! i just installed these in my car. i only have one problem with them. they arent putting out alot of bass. my stock speakers had more bass/mid bass. id say 0-150 hz was better in my stock speakers. theres only one thing i noticed that could be wrong. when i installed them i was having trouble with the brackets. i took off the stock speaker brackets, and used the provided Metra 82-5605 Speaker Mounting Brackets. and just screwed the c1650s into those brackets. but then i noticed theres a big gap inbetweet the c1650 and the bracket. you can see inside the door panel through this gap. like the speaker screwed onto the bracket but its not a air tight seal how everyone elses is. it looks like its on purpose. is it ever okay to have a gap inbetween your speaker and bracket? no right? i literally could only get it to work like that.

I have these in my acura they sound amazing front and back 6.5s am installing my 12 w7 with jl 1 k watt amp soon can’t wait.

Stock radio doesn't have a amp Pre installed I'm assuming? Got a new 22 tundra and apparently comes with a amp inside already. So I'm hoping my c1s sound amazing. These already sound great 💯

Eric if you ever happen to see this, did you put a fix 86 or fix 82 in your civic. I just got a 2017 civic si a few weeks ago, I am going to be running my vxi1000/1 on (1) One 12W7AE and I also bought a fix 86 to eliminate any distortion. If you installed the 82 or the 86 and could provide any foreseen problems man I’d be sincerely grateful

Just ordered a pair of the c1-650s and 650x for a 2014 volt from crutchfield. Stock amp since it's a hybrid. Fingers crossed. Hoping it makes a difference. First ever install and the volt has nearly zero info available for non bose models. Even gm couldn't tell me the RMS of the stock speakers or power output of the head unit...
