Great Job Bud! Even with my flatbed build and my insane trailer build, I still have several portable units for just this type of job, I have been on multiple commercial jobs, schools mainly that had parts of the building or sidewalks that were 600 foot or more from where we could park. Did not feel like dragging that hose that far, so we just unload the portable units and take them straight to the area and clean away, no hassle of dragging pressure hose that far. Work smarter not harder!
@@ACEContractingServices I totally understand it! I learned early on in my career, to work smarter not harder, A customer may say yes you can park over there in the grass area, but what you have to take into mind, is the weight of you truck and trailer setup, I have seen a lot of contractors who pull there truck units out behind a building then have to pay a landscape company to come in and fix the ground where they parked because they forgot about the weight in the back of the truck, ground ended up being softer then they thought and they tore up the yard trying to pull out. I have a total reach of 1800 foot, from water source to work area. man I'm not gonna sit there and drag out my 400 foot of water hose, and then all that pressure hose and have to drag it all back to the trailer, time is money, if it take 30 minutes to roll hose up, that cutting into my profit even more, nope, not gonna do that. Pull a portable unit or two and go straight to the site.
Are you using any chemical with the surface cleaner or just post treating with the 50/50? I know you have mentioned you have learned and tried different techniques. What have you found to be the "best" method with concrete and surface cleaning? Appreciate your videos and help!

It saves money in the long run
Not all the way done with the video. Hose king did all this take? Awesome job
It took about 4 days. I have a part 2 coming out next week.

I just post treat. Water and pressure does a lot of the work, I use the SH at the end to get anything missed or as another layer of “just in case”
@@ACEContractingServices thank you!
i did the math so if you charge .15cents per sq it would be 4500$. i know you can charge more like .15-.40 cents but damn looks clean.
Thanks, and you’re pretty close to the price
@@ACEContractingServices I want to get into the business so I'm trying to learn as much as I can
