Wondering if the cabinet ever fell down or is it weekend bt removing the bracket/brace?

Last year in our 13ft, 20 year old scamp, from California to Maine on Hwy 80, and back, via Canada last year. for my 75 birthday trip

Ac yes definitely electric brakes also yes. One propane tank for i. Bathroom no because the pump out shower seems unappealing and blackwater waste fees are money in the crapper. That sofa looks good tho. And also roof fan definitely that thing does everything. Small bed for i. Solo 💯 . Scamps are so cool. Man im definitely gonna order new

People lower tire pressure if trailer can't fit in garage door and if wanted, put air in tires while stored.

Prices are ridiculous for fiberglass and chipboard construction. Please give me a break, even SCAMP is price gouging now.

Great tour! Thank you. Ah, but I’m not a fan of those bulky, loud roof top air conditioners. I’m thinking I would install a mini-split ductless air conditioner/heater. I would mount the outside unit on the tongue. What do you think?

We can pull our 16’ Casita at 70 mph no problem. I’d rather do 55-60 though, save gas and traveling isn’t supposed to be to make time. 🥚 🍳 🌭😎 P.S. Driving at 55 mph versus 60 mph is a 8% savings on fuel, 55 versus 70 is 28% !! SLOW DOWN, RELAX AND LIVE BETTER! 😂🤣🌮🍔 ⛽️

I was just about ready to order the 16' Scamp when a friend told me that MINNESOTA doesn't honor Alabama's pistol permit. I would be able to travel cross country legally, but could not enter Minnesota. For me that was a deal breaker. Looks like I'll be buying an Oliver, from Tennessee.

Having a trailer limits the travel speed.... Not rhe scamp.

I think we will do that too. Will take the worry off me while we travel. Also, we are getting wheels and axel and my husband is going to check the breaks out. We have a lot of work on her before we can do it though. Thank you for sharing. Peace!

We had a pop up and enjoyed it, light weight is great. Set up is a pain especially if it is storming. Living in Fl with a pop up is not ideal for mildew issues. Then had a tear drop run a way, crawling in and out we are older now is not idea. We loved it and was fun to travel with. We just brought a burro, and she needs renovated. Has all the original lights and fixtures including the book. I love the fiberglass and once ours is painted and put back together she will be great to travel with. It is like a small tear drop but with standing room and a place other than the bed to sit.

Cool video, just wanted to offer a bit of info on that hook in your campsite. It's a lantern hook. They seem to be pretty common in Virginia parks; I had to look them up the first time I stayed at Chippokes.

How tall a person can stand up in the 13' Scamp?

Thanks for the tip about lower travel speed. I need to look into that aspect for the Scamp and other similar small trailers. Also took to heart the fact it's lumped with all larger RVs for site placement. Thanks for the tips.
