*Episode 4* - Sorcery Path, 3rd Row Greetings everyone, and welcome to the 4th episode of "Get Whispered Blade into Phase Rush, before Phase Rush gets into him". In this series, we try to explain to Blade exactly why Phase Rush is worth sacrificing ADCs for, in hopes he too embraces the free LP boon property of the keystone. In this episode, we shall finally finish talking about the Sorcery Path, finally addressing the 3rd row and how it works. *3rd Row:* - Scorch - Easily the best option out of the three; free damage every few seconds? It's perfect to help Talon whittle the enemy down to more comfortable levels of "show me some respect" HP. Honestly, I see no downsides with this one. Free damage on Talon is always good, and it helps Talon be a threat in lane immensely: Basically your mana efficiency increases by a lot because you now deal more damage per W (respecting Scorch's low cooldown, of course); - Waterwalking - No. - Gathering Storm - If you foresee a game in which things might get dragged onto the late game and you might need some better scaling, Gathering Storm is a decent pick. Not the best synergy with Talon, but at least the longer the game lasts, the more useful you get. Every 10 minutes getting extra AD is nice, but it takes too darn long to come online. All in all, take this if you'd rather perform a colonoscopy to a level 18 ADC rather than trying to end the game much earlier. This episode was shorter, as you might have noticed, but at least this concludes the Sorcery Path! Hopefully now Blade understands that there is nothing to lose by taking this Path, as everything in it is quite versatile for Talon! You can play more defensively (Nullifying orb), play for mobility (Nimbus Cloak, Celerity) or even play for utility (Transcendence, Manaflow Band). The best part about this is that it's very inclusive! If you have some sort of brain damage, you can also take Waterwalking (though I'd sooner suggest you place an iron nail between your toe and your toe nail and kick a wall with all your might), the beautiful part of this Path is your freedom of choice! Hopefully I've convinced you all on how Phase Rush is within us all, it cleanses ones soul and purifies your water supply of poison! On the next few episodes, we'll be discussing the viable secondary rune paths and which specific runes are good fits with the Sorcery Path. If this Diana was good she would have 2 forms of fighting lane with you: either by getting hit with talon's W and baiting him with not using her W and then full combo him or by picking phase rush and look for full combos and dodge the talon's passive with it, very badly played by Diana to be honest, she didnt had to do any of this to play safe, but she wanted to get fed and ended up loosing too much by trading kills. Keep it up Blade!

*Episode 3* - Sorcery Path, 2nd Row Hello everyone, this is MobTalon and I'd like to welcome you to the third episode of our Phase Rush series: "Get Whispered Blade onto the Phase Rush wagon". In this series, we go over why Phase Rush is such a great Keystone and why Blade should really consider taking it upon himself to dedicate a few hours of his day to pray to this rune. Today, we'll be approaching the 2nd row of the Sorcery Path and how it interacts with Talon, discussing the good and the bad (if any) about each option. *2nd Row*: - Transcendence - A good rune in case you feel like you don't have enough ability haste, it comes fully online by level 8 and sticks with you to the end of the game. A really good rune to cover for the lack of Ability Haste in your usual builds, making you feel less bad about going Youmuu's into another non ability haste item (like Opportunity). The bad side is that it doesn't particularly make you better at killing priority targets, but such is a small price to pay in order to be able to use your abilities more often. - Celerity - Have you ever wanted to get to botlane in time to get a double kill? What's that? You can already do that? Well, then wouldn't it be just *amazing* to be able to return to midlane with minimal wave loss? This is the rune for it. It synergizes with Phase Rush and all mobility items you'll be building, like Youmuu's. Mobility is the most broken stat in the game, definitely don't underestimate this rune. - Absolute Focus - Probably my favorite rune in this row; it does it's job through simplicity. It gives you extra AD as long as you're above 70% HP. It's a risky rune, but one that can let you claim dominance in lane if you manage to properly trade with the enemy. Now, just like last episode, I feel entitled to tell you which of these is the best option, but the answer is that, like the last row, there is quite some versatility to be had here. All of these are ok and serve different purposes, so they can fit different playstyles! Absolute Focus, however, would suit Talon's more offensive style, if I were to say, and we know our man Whispered Blade loves offensiveness. Like he says "No need to kill the laner, just farm and kindly show them that, just like for a raccoon, their rectum can definitely stretch to accomodate your armblade". This brings today's episode to an end! As always, be sure to study up, and never forget to praise Phase Rush for providing you the light you use everyday to see! When God said "Let there be light", it wasn't a command, but rather a request, to which Phase Rush replied "say please". Today we'll be talking about the Sorcery Path and its synergies with Talon. Hang on tight, for this will be a longer ride spanning the next couple of episodes, in which we tackle one row at a time! *First row*: - *Nullifying Orb* - Have you ever wanted a worse Hexdrinker without having to sink in 1300 gold for a magical shield against that pesky Mid/jungle AP combo? Well, I can't help you with that, because Nullifying Orb is just amazing at what it does! It's simple, helps against counter matchups, it's a good choice versus Diana, for example. Check out testimonies from famous Talon player, whose name will be kept private for safety concerns: "My favorite Hexdrinker is a free hexdrinker" - Manaflow Band - want to play Talon and harass the enemy but you only have oh so much Mana? Not a problem! Rather than buying a tear, get this! It's 250 extra mana and gives you passive mana regen once it's fully stacked! Long are the days of a forced recall because Zed can play in the garden because energy but you can't because you're a mana using sissy. - Nimbus Cloak - more movement speed after using a summoner spell. Do I need to *spell* it out for ya? (Pun absolutely intended) Synergizes beautifully with Phase Rush. And that's it for today's episode! Personally, I'm a big fan of Nullifying Orb when against either an AP assassin or a double AP combo in the midlane and jungle. Building Hexdrinker on top of it is absolutely an option, sure to tilt and Akali player! Otherwise, defaulting to Nimbus Cloak is always good. Nice video! The way I look at it is if you're trying to scale, you go with first strike for the gold it gives especially when you combo people and the true damage, if the enemy laner is killable you go for electrocute because you can use it in trading unlike first strike games where you play safe (against lb for example), and conq for bruiser games where you face heavy melee teams and some matchups benefit from it imo like kata and sylas.

BTW I think I mentioned this in the discord but legend: haste only applies on basic abilities so it does not show up on the ability haste stat the same way that ultimate hunter doesnt

for eveyone below diamond/master i recommend to go electrocute every game. in lower elos people will always make mistakes and you playing not as agressive as possible wont teach you talons limits and how to actually play the champion. in my opinion its defenetly the best rune for improvement.

What about my one beloved Phase Rush 😭 It is the one Keystone which, when paired with Opportunity, let's you jump a team of 5, kill the ADC and leave near unscathed
