You are right Ad assassins are not in the best spot. According to phreak he said next patch 14.12 they will look into assassins. I am expecting either items buff or champions in general !!!!

Hi just few quick tips for you i play talon a lot and im gm and 1st is for build you are early game champ so first strike is actually not the best option id say go conq if they have 3 or more tanky champd(tanks/bruisers) and go electro if theyr squishy ofc sometimes u can go first strike abt the build this game especially u went maw and serylda those are not good items instead swap to ldr its much stronger and maw u only go if they have 3 or more aps. The other thing if u go conq against tanks go eclipse into profain cleaver u can switch order depending on ur laner if hes squishy u go prof if hes tanky cleaver after that adge yomus spear etc...if u go electro u should try yomus 1st item and roam a lot then opportunity and other lethality items if u went full lethality only then serylda is okay but even then ldr is better probably thats pretty much it if u need any help im willing to do ofc if u think im bullshiting thats also fine u dont have to listen to a random on internet it was just a friendly tip.

I am not the biggest fan of electrocute. I always either go first strike or conqueror. It feels like I am doing so much extra damage with conqueror.

First strike is giga broken rn tho, almost everyone runs it and they will nerf it next patch. I dont see why first strike is a bad ruen when its in such a overpowered state rightnow

Is talon top a good option? Is his rarity up there because the long lane puts him in extended fights which he doesn’t excel at? As well as vs tank which usually are impossible to kill

Conqueror and first strike are still in my opinion the best runes. I have 17 wins in 27 games on conqueror talon. That is 62% win rate. all my games were between emerald 2 and diamond 2.
I am still gathering more data about conqueror. Since I want to separate melee wins and range wins so I can show you a better understanding of conqueror.
