if you are playing against Camille in lane. I am not going to lie your f..cked. However, If you are playing against garen, Mord or daruis. Those champions although you can not 1 vs 1 them you can out maneuver them. Since they don't have mobility. Best advice roam this is how you get ahead playing talon.
Of course you can take conqueror however me personally I will still take first strike since you will always proc your first strike against bruisers. You can take electrocute but it can be soft inting or troll !!!
