Nice review. I've owned my P-01 for about 10 years. One of my favorites. The only thing I've wanted to upgrade is the sights. At the range, they are fine and I shoot it very well. In a defensive-use scenario they are not easily picked up.

I want to buy the g20sf in 10mm, then get a conversion barrel for 40S&W, plus buy a g21sf slide and mags so I can have all three calibers in one gun.

No pin block safety - aka not drop safe. Unless its a hobby gun - a fire arm MUST be drop safe. I do understand that they probably put a light pin to help with drop safety - but its not drop safe unless there is a PHYSICAL barrier that stops the pin from hitting primer.

The trigger is aluminum. The gun breaks in over a few hundred rounds. A deep clean and lube of the trigger to get the cosmoline out of the parts helps immensely.

I really appreciate you sharing in detail why you like particular guns and how you've updated your CZ models. You had mentioned that you were going to do a video of your CZ 75 Compact at the range after you cajonized it. Did you get the chance to do that yet? I didn't see it in your list of videos.

You should try to get its bigger brother the SP-01 chambered in .40 S&W; it was also discontinued in 2016, even rarer.

I've had my G21 gen4 , It's been my main squeeze EDC , going on 10 yrs now. Carry in Vetter AIWB with an extra mag. I usually keep 165 Frangible HP for EDC & home defense . I never had one FTF OR FTE whatsoever. From steel case, aluminum case. It has GNS, Extended slide stop & take down release,a hogue beavertail slip on grip sleeve & Talon slide grip tape. No WML or optic. I do attach my streamlight TLR1 for my nitetime bedside gun. And when I go camping. Fars as camping or hiking in the backcountry I prefer 45 super so a lonewolf barrel and 20lbs recoil spring does the job Which I drop in, when I camping or in the backcountry. IMHO my g21 is glock perfection.

I know this video is a bit old, but the CZ75 can definitely mount an accessory rail. Its just up to the individual shooter on whether or not they wanna pursue the effort necessary to do it the old school way

That lil pop up button is only there to keep CZ in the California handgun market. All "newer" semi-auto handguns in California are required to have that "pop up when loaded indicator". At least CZ used a small button vs the Springfield Hellcat has big red fin that is nearly ⅓ the length of the slide.

Bar-sto might be able to make you a conversion barrel for your P06. 40 to 9. They are who I am looking at . I have not had time to mic the barrel to give them the specs.

Aero should have put MLOK on the top rail.

You CAN detach the strap and make it a waist bag 👍🏻 Those plastic C clips allow you to detach the strap and attach it in a different combination of setups.

I love mine. I like Beretta 92(m9) too, qualified on it while overseas many moons ago. But that cz is just perfect with so many options or conditions to carry it in. And it helps that it doesn’t mind Soviet surplus ammo 😁. The CZ75 has a neat Cold War history behind it. If you pause the original Red Dawn you’ll see some of the Soviet troops carrying them. Spotted a few used by KGB agents in Atomic Blonde.
