Just bought one of these for my Juke MK1. The advert said Juke specific. Probably a stupid question but I'm gonna go with it regardless... The panel of the car that the spoiler will be secured to would be on multiple angles depending on the car manufacturer and model. Therefore impossible for you to cover all angles in one design. How do I know your spoiler well give me the correct airflow/downwards force for the spoiler to perform as it should???

Just checking what's screws did you use to install the spoiler.
We supply screws with the spoiler - however if you don't have any with your spoiler, any button-type screw will work. That said, ideally you want to use something stainless so that it doesn't rust from any kind of exposure to water.

Hi mate, I have a 2018 i30 hatch N-line, i'm just waiting on my map spacer and fuse link from Cherry Tuning 🍒 ...I just have some questions: - I'm using a saas mechanical gauge with vacuum... muscle series...it says 1 wire to ground, 1 to illumination and 1 to battery?? Ground makes sense, but am I right to think the battery/power wire would go to the fusebox and the illumination to the panel like you did with blue wire? - do i need both illumination and power wire? - and which fuse did you use in the fusebox? Couldn't see in video. Thanks from Adelaide
You don't need the illumination wire, usually they're used to dim the gauge when the headlights are turned on. You can use any of the "spare" fuses, there are several - the right side of the fuse panel is switched power, the left side is constant 12V - just pick a spare on the right side and that should work for you.
does this work on a 2012 veloster non turbo?
Unfortunately no - the RaceChip is a boost control device. We can retune the ECU in the non-turbo Veloster, but that's really the only way to add any power.

To our knowledge the Corolla is not a turbocharged motor, and the RaceChip works by modifying the boost values. Without a turbocharger, the RaceChip will not work. Sorry!

We don't have overseas certification for our products at this time - sorry.
Does the car in this vid have the xforce resonator fitted?
This is one of the earlier kits, before the non-resonated version was an option - so yes!
Any engine code issues people ?
You should not get any engine lights running this chip, if you do, then there's a problem somewhere. If that happens, we recommend getting in touch with whomever you bought the chip from.
You mention yhe GFB BOV is okay with BOV stock solenoid ..I know there is 2 different GFB BOV for Kia Forte Koup 2015 model..do you perhaps know if either GFB BOV is okay ?
The 2015 Kia Koup should only have one GFB option, the DVX. There shouldn't be any issues, just make sure you adjust the spring tension (softer is better, in terms of avoiding engine lights)

Sure, there's no requirements for the RaceChip in terms of modifications, but a couple of mods won't hurt!
the double sided tape is still visible.. makes it look cheap.
It's possible to get clear double-sided tape - we're looking into this as an option for our kits.

Yes, correct - it attaches to the original spoiler.
Does the vehicle have to be turbo for this to work?
Yes, the RaceChip works as a boost control device. It needs a turbo to work.

The fuel pressure is managed by the ECU and is variable based on throttle position and engine load.
Make a big turbo for the Kia forte gt
We do already make one, you'd have to check our website and remember that the Forte GT is sold in Australia as the "Cerato GT"
How much kw/hp does the exhaust add to the car?
Little to none, doing the secondary cat delete or a downpipe will add power, but the rear muffler is not a restriction for the factory car.
He's like just remove the race chip and there's no left over evidence it was ever there but earlier also said it uses short and long term fuel trim to trick the engine into making more power. So unless you ran the car for a while or reset the computer the fuel trims would be way off for no obvious reason.
You're correct to a point, the short term trims will correct as soon as the car is started and run, and the long term trims only take a day or so to correct. Yes, if you remove it and have it towed to a dealership, they would see the trims are off, however if you remove it and drive it for a day or so, the trims should be back down to something close to "normal"
Before / after??????
There's no a lot to show in terms of before and after, unless you're wanting some kind of dyno comparison? We haven't done one as yet, however the actual power is unlikely to change due to the way the ECU targets boost within the torque structure.

Did you leave the second cat or is this a full mid-pipe? I LOVE the way this sounds and want to replicate.
This was a "race pipe" mod, so the secondary cat was also removed.
No clips? Just on strip of tape at the top none on the underside. Has it lasted for the 12 months since the vid was posted?
We've been selling these for nearly 4 years and have never, not once, heard of a single skirt "falling off" or anything like that. There are screws front and rear, and the skirts "hook" onto the side of the car. When you combine all these features, they're surprisingly well attached to the car.
I was just asking a question as the genuine Hyundai skirts use clips which break at the slightest bump. Cheap recycled plastic :(@@CherryTuningPerformance

If you wanted to mount it into the metal of the tailgate underneath, you'd want to run a long bolt instead of a screw. We haven't done this specifically, so we aren't 100% sure on the length required... you'd have to probably drill a hole and measure it yourself. Sorry

Yes, it's bolted to the car. Just like your wheels
Anyone know if all plugs are the same for an i30n FL?
The i30N uses a 3-plug loom - the A and B plugs are the same but the i30N has a C plug which connects to the intake camshaft position sensor on the front of the motor.

Most likely not, bcuz that’s why it has open and closing valves, open for when u wanna make it heard and closed when cops nearby

I have recently fitted the base RaceChip 'S' to my 2015 KIA Proceed GT. £159.00 shipped from/made in Germany. What a difference. +33HP/77NM torque (claimed). The more expensive versions are RS/GTS but they don't offer much more 'bang for your buck' so I went for the 'S'. More lower end pull and it has transformed the car. Same engine as the vehicle on this video. Really pleased. And fuel economy better. All it does it kick the turbo in quicker with more boost and alters the fuel injection pressure and timing but all within manufacturers tolerences. The 'S' has to be manually set from within the bonnet (hood) with ignition on but engine not running. I have no warning lights or issues and my KIA GT is now on a par with Golf GTI Performance for £159.00. 👍🙂
Your engine still works? I read a lot of blown up engines 1.6 tgdi it's doesn't really take too much tuning
