How much kw/hp does the exhaust add to the car?

He's like just remove the race chip and there's no left over evidence it was ever there but earlier also said it uses short and long term fuel trim to trick the engine into making more power. So unless you ran the car for a while or reset the computer the fuel trims would be way off for no obvious reason.

I have recently fitted the base RaceChip 'S' to my 2015 KIA Proceed GT. £159.00 shipped from/made in Germany. What a difference. +33HP/77NM torque (claimed). The more expensive versions are RS/GTS but they don't offer much more 'bang for your buck' so I went for the 'S'. More lower end pull and it has transformed the car. Same engine as the vehicle on this video. Really pleased. And fuel economy better. All it does it kick the turbo in quicker with more boost and alters the fuel injection pressure and timing but all within manufacturers tolerences. The 'S' has to be manually set from within the bonnet (hood) with ignition on but engine not running. I have no warning lights or issues and my KIA GT is now on a par with Golf GTI Performance for £159.00. 👍🙂

Hi, are there the same issue on the i30n 2.0T DCT, having intermittent over boost issues

I have a 2017 Tucson 1.6L Turbo 80k miles with check engine light code P2563: Turbo Boost Control Sensor and loud screeching/grinding noise when it’s first started then goes away when idling. What’s the difference between the solenoid and sensor? I found the sensor on the pipe that goes from the Inter cooler to the throttle bottle. Looks like a MAP sensor. Removed it and cleaned it with carb cleaner. Check engine light still there.

What’s holding the screws in? No nuts? Just the treads?

I have a question, please. When you threaded the screws, did they also catch in the plate under the plastic or did they only catch in the plastic???

I have one and I think the stock exhaust is pleasent for a 4 cylinder and maybe I will get hate but after market exhausts are loud but the tone aint really great often . Its a fucking 1.6t not an exotic who we trying to fool anyway . Dont even need two outlets IMO , just adds weight and cost for a little hatch that IS fun but doesnt need to sound like loud lawn equipment . I like the tone on my MT 1.6t in the cabin and it has that little crackle on cold start when stock even if it doesnt sound like a popcirn machine like a proper 2.0 N car. I wish they woukd have put the 320 HP 2.5 in the Elantra GT N line and N or 1 30 in other countries . If a sonata can have the 2.5t with no lsd give it to us in smaller lighter cars . Doesnt matter STUPID AMERIXANS didnt by tghe GT /I30 here and I never see others in my car EVER and they stopped selling them here cuz americans are stupid that way . Its a fun little cheap hatch with the MT and with the stock Michellin PS4S tires the MT cars got in the US even if they aint " fast": they can be hustled through turns and twisties pretty good and dont ride harsh . Yeah the N line with a bigger detuned 2.0 or 2.5 would be sweet as a fast street car you wouldnt take to the track like a proper N car . I know my chassis and brakes would be fine with the extra HP even if not for track use , I also know the MT trans is pretty stout ad=nd so is tghe clutch so no issue there . Just wish I had 230- 250 Hp or the full 311 or whatever the sonata gets with the open diff and . I wanna see somebody swap a sonata N line engine into an I30 N Line for a nice fast daily that isnt a track monster but pulls hard in 4th 5th and 6th . And yeah , if you have all seasons and just put summers on these N Lines they DO HANDLE WAY better and make great use of the susepension tuning and IRS . My budget buy of 20K american to just have a daily hatch with a MT to have some fun rowing gears turned out to handle WAY better then expected with those tires despit no LSD as long as you dont try and punch it in first with some moisture in which caseity tramos like craxy but i dont do that and just attack twisties in 2md and mostly 3rd gear where all the fun is and its really a pretty enjoyable sporty car for a FWD basic car . My car was MSRP around 24 and I got a nice hynudai factory discount and dealer bargained with me so I paid around 20K and its an awesome car for that money considering it was the only MT hatch availible and they dont dsicount 1.5t hondas in the US .

They are selling to folks desperate to do something to their cars , akin to drugs use or opioid, this is exactly similar to a car. Just come out of this foolish and costly addiction, ask for a manufacturer approved ECU tune if available. For example while it was a rip off, got the Polestar upgrade for $700 (50% discounted by a dealer in Michigan) for my XC90, that in real world had some relevant and nice difference to the driving and shifting characteristics of the car along with increased power. FE was not impacted good or bad.
