How big of a blanket does the 10 skeins make?

I am a true crochet beginner. I wanted to watch as many crochet tutorials that I could before I decided what to start with. After watching over more than 25 different crochet instructors, your my #1. I love this blanket! I hope to give it to my mom when finished. You are a true inspiration. :)

I've Always thought the Most difficult thing about making a Blanket is doing the First Two Rows! It is what discouraged me Every time But Not this time . Just Take your time to get it perfect and Every row after will be Perfect too 🐞

For the size you showed , how many is the first row ? And how many rows ? I see you mention 10 but I pull like the same as you showed.

How can I make the edge look neater? This is my first blanket, and the side edge needs some work

I do exactly as you say. I get to the end of my first row of bean stitches and I have 3 stitched left and I have crocheted 46 bean stitches. I had the right number of chains and the tight number of single stitches. I have ripped 3 finished rows twice. What am I doing wrong?😊

This was my first project! I have a much bigger head though, so I added a few inches around the circumference. It looks a little mushroom-y, but my head is warm so I'm not complaining.😂. Thanks for the instructions!

I watched this video and Loved the stitch so I went to Amazon, bought 15 skeins of the exact yarn.. Premier Basic Chunky in a Steel color and a number 8 hook and now I am making my First Blanket. I followed this to a tee. One side kept getting shorter with each row. Do not know what's wrong.😢😢😢

Should describe the first chain as just like how you start crochet. Then as you do the seed stitch describe them as knits and purls instead of talking about bars and v stitches.

To anyone getting frustrated: I did too! I got really mad and wanted to give up when mine didn’t look like hers. They have been doing this awhile, this is ur first! And don’t worry, it will be okay in the end. Just walk away or distract yourself. You’ve got this! I’m not done w mine, already made mistake after mistake. I’ll update how it turned out!
