Got mine because my father literally encountered a new one on the street with it's tag still on. Good for me because I wasn't going to buy one. Support pads for the shoulders that come with every bag from factory have to be bought for these ones for some odd reason. You don't get much in terms of pockets and substorage to split items inside the bag and the bottle pocket is a joke that only fits narrow bottles. It's an ok to good level bag, but I only like it because of the design. I have the 13" one and I love it to carry small stuff around though but for travelling I am going to stick to my brandless practical sturdy bag that has more functionalities and pockets.

I got my first medium Kanken pack in Sweden when I was in high school. Back home in Canada, NOBODY had seen this pack before, they were nowhere. I'm 45 now and I gladly bought one for my young daughter and happily use one myself. It's popular for a good reason, no shame in that!

I have the black & tan 15’’ and grey 17’’ and i really love them, super lightweight, simple, nice design. I already put all my belongings in small pouches so i don’t need extra pockets in a bag. The only thing i don’t like is the side pocket for the bottle 🤨 (maybe they drink directly at the stream in Sweden 😂)

It's not really sustainable to live in NYC especially alone if anyone wants to build any type of wealth for later in life. You'll be SCRAPING by. It's a nice city to visit, but man, even with the little traveling around the world I've done there are WAY nicer places to live. But I get why people romanticize NYC. The vibe and pull really is unique. I'm nearing the end of my 20's and just having those realizations about what you really want in life and how to get there. Spending absurd amount of money to live in the city just isn't it. But have to say best of luck to those who attempt it because it you do happen conquer NYC you can pretty much do anything, haha.

I left NYC and move to TN in 2005 because I was living in a one bedroom apartment with my wife and 2 kids and father in law. (bunk beds and sleeper sofa in case you are wondering) The apartment was rent controlled, but every year when we signed a new lease it would always go up by the maximum allowed amount and we were paying nearly $1,380 a month when we left. I loved NYC and leaving friends and family was hard, but I bought a home down here that is 5 time the size and has over an acre of land for $145,000. My mortgage payment (with property taxes and home owners insurance rolled in) is $1,050 a month. Hardly anyone is thriving in NYC. Before the pandemic 3-4% of the population (almost 200,000 people/families) was facing eviction each year. Maybe 10-15% of people are living comfortably, the other ~80% are somewhere between "barely getting by" and "I can afford Starbuck a couple of times a week"

With a different arrangement in the way the shoe laces are tied, by putting them through all the holes instead of leaving some vacant holes for instance, they will look much more tidy and contribute to an all-around well groomed look. Great review. thanks but honestly, i didn't know about this brand til my 8 years old niece wanted one and then I realized that it's this ugly stupid bag everyone is carrying around that looks like a garbage bag nicely designed. The catastrophe was when I went online to get her the bag, I thought how bad can it be. It doesn't look like it's made of a luxurious material but little to my surprise the price was astronomical for such product. This proofs the point that people are like monkeys. Monkey sees, monkey wants..Sad story really.

I love this backpack its durable . Beach, public transport, i can wash it simple but practical. I use the top handle when i need to give my tickets to the bus driver
