Back Mobility & Healthy Spine Workout | 25 Min Pilates for Back Pain Relief & Good Posture
Improve your spine health and flexibility with this 25 minute gentle Pilates class full of back mobility exercises. All of the different sections of the spine receive attention including the neck, upper, mid and lower back as well. A shorter strength section focuses on the core and lower body, enabling you to keep up the straight posture throughout the day. It is important that you practice within a pain free range, especially if you have any tight areas in your back. I hope you enjoy the class!

    Im so glad i found your channel. Im 28 and I've been struggling with my weight and mobility since i started wfh and studying remotely, my wrists being my weak point (i cant even push myself up when sitting on the ground bc of the pain) so FINALLY finding an instructor who knows that we all have different starting points, was definitely a breeze of fresh air 💖 Im really trying to imporove my health and finding workouts for beginners with 90sec planks was really discouraging. Thanks for doing what you do and being mindful of those who are navigating a new sport, you are awesome 💗🎀
