Join us on our journey to rebuild the family farm! Andrew is a 6th generation Missouri farmer and the 4th generation to live on and farm the property that is Plane View Farm. After being left vacant for about 15 years, Andrew purchased the property from family and set about the task of renovating the house originally built by his grandparents and restoring the pastures to their former glory.
The Biggest Problem With The Regenerative Farming Movement
Does regenerative farming have a gatekeeping problem. I think we do. Too many regenerative farmer think they set the standard for everyone else. If you ask me, anything that isn’t fully conventional is a step in the right direction. In this video I discuss my biggest concern facing new farmers, as well as veteran farmers, within the direct to consumer, regenerative farming movement.
