Also can you cover how to check construction status if clause like “70% of excavation is done” is mentioned in payment plan for instalment and builder asks for payment on due date but for the booked floor in specific plot area no work/not even digging of ground is started but overall work is going on. I am referring to DDJAY floors construction. Is it right to agree for payment to builder in such case? I tried reaching through mail for specific block construction but not received proper response from CRM team. Please suggest or cover this topic
