Resale in golf course extension will always be easier in comparison.. i stay on extension and own a High rise property.. i get atleast 2 calls daily from brokers or buyers offering good deals.Maybe I'm biased because I stay here... just sharing for better understanding

I don’t know future mein Kya hoga…but Dwarka Expressway pe…I did exit from 3 projects each at 30-40% profit on book value…where I have paid max 40% amount….so for me Dwarka Expressway has given me more than 70-80% returns.
