Our sirene is not cheese, our kashkaval is considered as cheese. ;p I am safe to say our sirene is pretty unique, and it's all about a unique bacteria.

I love when people fall in love with my country (Bulgaria) and its food and traditions/culture. If you ever come back here and if you like the thermal/mineral water and want to go to a working bath house (unlike the one in Sofia) you should go to Kyustendil. It has currently two working bath houses (Чифте баня и Алай баня). It's also about 80km away from Sofia (1h45min by bus, around an hour with car). In the past Kyustendil was called Pautalia and was famous for its thermal water, because it has amazing healing powers. If you're interested, just google it to find out more.😊

Așa ca ce să vedeți la București clădiri și toți emigrați care sunt de mult la noi și nici nu cunosc tradițiile ei .zonele Bucovinei sau alte amprejurimi sunt de nota 10 Și știu ca pe mulți eau dezamăgit Bucureștiul chear și pe străini și ce murdari sunt lasă de dorit .

Just a small fix... banitsa its tastier with boza. Kebapche and french fries with cheese are eaten like a finger food for a bottle of cold beer
