hello, is this bike has a lower sit ? cuz am little short 1.70
I personally dont find super sports to be difficult everyday bikes. All my bikes are super sports and there all i ride. I put around 15k+ miles a year on my bikes. I find the honda cbr600rr no matter the Generation to be a very comfortable super sport. Out of my collection of bikes. if I am out having to do errands or trips. i find myself using my cbr600rr mostly. A throttle lock helps for really long trips. I am 37 and have done trips of 500+ miles in a day and its not that bad.
Great video bro , i really liked your honest opinions
Thanks for watching! I appreciate you
Originally I thougt its somewhere in England shooted. Weather, architecture of houses. Salute CBR 600RR The legend! 2007 - 2009 red and black best colour. Jamming throttle of this simphony band in garage must be great
@@04poppop thanks for watching!
CBR600RR is one of my dream bike, but sadly the price is too high for local market here.
man i hate the passenger seat so much, why is it so bulky? even with the cowl. i wish they would make an aesthetic cowl like the rs 660 one.
A really great video. I wish I could give an extra like for your use of the phrase "give it the beans"!
@@rp6523 thanks 😂✌️
Hey Rick, for somebody not going to do track days, coming from a Ninja 650 and looking for something more sporty but riding on the safe side of things. Would you recommend this or a CBR 600RR? I'm wondering if the lack of torque, specially coming from a 2 cyl will feel too underwhelming.
@@hyper_channel yeah the Zx4 will definitely feel gutless compared to your 650, but that's part of the charm! I think if you're just looking for an absolute blast of a street bike, the Zx4 is the way to go. If you're looking for something more all-round, the cbr definitely has more grunt and is probably easier to live with on a day to day basis because of that. Downside being you're never going to extract every bit of performance on the street. Maybe also look at the new R9 if you like the torque from your ninja but want something more sporty!
@@RickChardet I certainly have the R9 on my radar! It should have better mids and lows than the CBR with a more than respectable high rpm pull. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, looking forward to your next review
@hyper_channel thanks for watching!
I have this motorcycle, but a lot of older people own it in Japan. I want more young people to have it😭 Who usually owns this motorcycle abroad? Younger or older people?
@@kamomekuma mostly older people I'm afraid!
I don´t see the temperature, i can see my fuel 😅
I mean the fact is, people have been dailying sport bikes for decades. Of course you can daily them. The only thing i’ve heard of that aren’t daily friendly are sumo’s (minus a DRZ) but if you know how to wrench people daily sumo’s too
I really feel your distraughtness with the things you don't like, so I'll tell what I will do. I'll take that horrible bike off your hands, give you a fresh choice to make and maybe give you some hard cash for your troubles. I would not want you unsatisfied with a bike like this. 😄😉😉
@@SpaceCadet4Jesus 😂 thanks, my hero!
Thanks for the great Video, I had a cx500 back in 1978 when they first came out and I still ride one today (not the same one unfortunately). I love them, first bike to use comstar wheels, tubeless tyres like you said. It still has plenty of power for the present day, can do 100mph no problem if you so wish, therefore plenty of overtaking ability when you need it. I ride it all year round and in cold weather the bike is quite nice as the warm air from the radiator actually flows over your legs. I feel the bike has finally become more appreciated today than it was back in the late 70's, when it was ridiculed slightly i.e. nicknamed the plastic maggot. The bike is fairly easy to work on and even if you do have to take the engine out, it can be accomplished with the help of a simple trolley jack and some spanners.
@@paulcooper5610 glad to hear you are still enjoying the CX! They feel surprisingly modern to ride today, so I can't image how innovative it must have been at the time 👌
Die helm met deze motor kan echt niet.
@@kesman9381 hahahaha alles voor de content
Blame all the negatives on Euro emissions. They don't have to be like that. The bureaucrats will never be happy until all IC engines are removed from the world. It is a choice, a bad choice, not any kind of necessity.
Wow! That's almost 45 mpg! Way better than my truck.
Hi, does it have a fuel gauge? I can't tell from the screen. Great video btw!
@@brindusabogdan8719 i dont think it does! Couldn't find it in the menus or any mention of it online. Thanks for watching!
It does not
@ thanks bro!
I prefer 765R version no need for RS.🙋
My 2021 Striple 765R has the same instruments as the 675 in this test. I bought it over a newer model because I do not like TFT screens. It is a bit softer than the RS and is better as a road bike. I love mine!
@@mick-f5g yeah I think I would've preferred the 765r over the RS as well!
I ve decided to buy R as well
I'm about to sell my cbr 500r for the 600rr in about 2-3 months and the only thing that I'm thinking all the time is the fact that when I leaned on that bike, my elbows touched my knees. I'm 187 and I heard you saying you are about the same (185). So I heard what I wanted to hear (that it feels comfy)to go on with that. Nice review BTW!👏👏👏
@@alisgravenil12 i think you'll be fine at 187cm! Thanks for watching ✌️
Great video I own a 2012 Aprilia 1200 Dorsoduro with carbon mufflers and DNA air filter, abs and traction control in Australia, they are an aggressive and fun bike 😄 Certainly could use another 3-5 litres in the fuel tank
@@FunTravel-jm9ss sounds like a beast!
for me. its the perfecct bike, do you like trackdays, cafe racer, scrambler, etc.. its a million possibilities with the sv650. reliable and the sound of the vtwin...oh god...im in love wit it
love the bike but it would be better to just by tasla y on that money!
@@techit4124 depends on what you want in life I guess!
Love ur videos, I test rode the cbr and loved it. I do a lot of daily riding and like to do some sporty riding in summer. Now im between the cbr and a s1000r. Would u recommend thw cbr over a s1000r as a daily and occasional sportriding?
@@SukiRides thanks for watching! They're both great all round sports bikes, I think it mainly comes down to if you want a 1000cc or 600cc, I think 600cc is more fun on the street because u can use more of the power. Both great options though!
I daily'd a 2008 CBR600RR for a few years. I would recommend a two bike solution, ideally. A naked runabout or scooter, and the 600RR. I did not have any other transport, so the 600RR was used for every trip, everywhere.
leuke review man! toevallig niet lang geleden een sv650 uit 1999 gekocht! vindt zelf deze x best leuk ogen. Een milde cafe racer look, is toch wel uniek.
Thanks! Leuke motoren 👌
I test rode one with the DCT. Within 15 minutes I was thinking that I didn’t even want a bike without one. It’s huge and expensive, but it’s amazing and ridiculously comfortable.
Beautiful bike...this 2024 version is not worth to buy in my country
I love Honda cbr 600rr😍
I am surprised that Suzuki hasn't cared to fix the "snatchy" fuel injection by now. I owned a 2003, then a 2007 SV650, and hated the fueling (when not riding aggressively). An expensive replacement chip did nothing. I also hated the no-padding, sliding-forward seat, which they still haven't changed. I replaced the seat, finding an aftermarket seat noticeably-better, but still pretty bad after 45 minutes. I was hoping to buy an SV again, but, if Suzuki refuses to invest in this model (besides new paint) neither will I.
@@kenhoward3512 fair points, I would've also assumed their fueling would be spot on after years of making the same bike. Maybe an ECU tune could fix it?
I had an 03 SV 650 and an SFV650 Gladius - I believe the Gladius had better fuelling and a smooth responsive throttle. Much improved over the earlier model. A great ride but ugly as sin.
Appreciate the take on making a high performance sport bike your daily commuter. Curious -- what made the Triumph Street Triple more of a pain to ride? I'm thinking of getting the 765 RS, but don't want to be uncomfortable
@@metallicaddictz2456 its pretty comfortable, more comfortable than the cbr for sure, but I just felt the "vibe" of the bike was a lot more extreme, like it just wants you to ride fast all the time. Strangely, I found the cbr more enjoyable within legal limits and regular day use
@@RickChardet Hey man, I appreciate your input! I'm fortunate that I live in southern California where I've got decent access to twisties and large open freeways (during non working hours, lol). So, I might be leaning towards the extreme life. I'm probably going to fantasize about the 'what ifs' of Honda's reliability, though, but I'm hoping I can get my wrenching skills up to par to maintain a Triumph
@@metallicaddictz2456 the 765rs would be great on the Californian Twisties!
Geabonneerd! Ik heb afgelopen weekend mijn 2005 CBR 600 RR op mogen halen bij de dealer. Je video’s zijn super professioneel geschoten en je lijkt me een chille gast :)

I had a 2011 CBR600RR anddI was daily riding it for a few years. I have two colleagues who currenlty do this. Ive moved on to a Triumph Speed Triple as my daily.
@@thubelihlezondi5822 great bikes!

Unacceptable for this bike not to be available in North America.
what city are you riding the nuda in this video???! I'm in Los Angeles, and I would love to have a city like that to ride in
@@HonestKeyboard1771 it's "waver", about the only decent roads around the Amsterdam area 🥺 I would love to have the LA canyons to ride around haha, guess the grass is always greener
Good bike, terrible test. You choose really small, bendy roads and complian about "too much power"? I useed to own a 09 (i dont any more), the wide range of power (no matter rews) was a good point. Sittning like you are on a motocross was nopt always that nice... High speed gets uncomfortable if you drive some distance. For short trips it is great fun.
Nice video! I have been trying to test this bike for some time but never had the chance. Btw which jacket is that u are wearing?
Thanks for watching! It's the Dainese Saint Germain GTX jacket, sadly discontinued now :(
I have a NC750X and test drove this one. What I like with it compared to a standard motorcycle is the fact that you are much better protected against wind and rain, yet you can still ride it more "normally" with your legs on the side when you want thanks to the optional pegs. That makes it slightly more versatile than both a motorcyle and a scooter.
Leuke video!
You can definitely daily a bike. I do it with my little cbr 250r lmao plenty to go to work with or even the highway! Not to mention, insurance only costs 75$ a year. And it gets 65-70mpg. Also, I'm lightweight , so it's pretty fast too

@@viralvidstv1191 thank you kind stranger!
I'd really like to get one of these bikes but Honda Australia are a bunch of clowns, deciding to price it around $30k (AUD) which makes it the same price as a new S1000RR, or 40% more than a new ZX6, which is around $18k new. I've never seen one on the road. What are those water channels that run along the side of the road?
@@__Max-oe6zm damn that price is crazy! The water channels are called "sloten" or affectionately "slootjes" in dutch which are used to seperate farm fields and drain excess rain water!
I have no idea what happened with the pricing of this here - it's insane. After looking at 600's for the last 12 months I recently picked up a 2006 CBR, dead stock with 15k km. A bit different to my VTR250!
For accomplished riders it is probably a great option for shorter rides - that’s a subjective term. Say up to two hours. If you are a current or ex racer or say an experience road racing (push bike rider) then you likely have the flexibility and core strength for much longer rides. There’s probably others that could accomplish that too but definitely not everyone.
Your bike are amazing! A hug from Brazil! Do you can speak more about what acessories you used? 🇧🇷 Sorry for my english level.
