Narrow Escape from Leopard Attack in Bandhipur Guest House | 4K UHD | Jolly Trip

Myself and my family members went to Bandhipur and stayed in Vanashree & Cheetal at Bandhipur Government cottages. On the date of check in we saw Leopard and its Cubs inside the Bandhipur cottage so many times. That experience was awesome and really thrill. I never ever experienced this kind of experience. Generally Leopard sighting is very rare because Leopard is shy animal and most of the time it is residing at on the top of tree. So we can't able to see Leopard. Some rare occasion only we can see. But this time, I saw so many times Leopard and this is the first time I felt this kind of experience.
Bandhipur National Park was formed by including most of the forest areas of the then Venugopala Wildlife Park established under Govt. Notification dated 19th February 1941 and the area was enlarged in 1985 extending over an area of 874.20 Sq.Km and named as Bandipur National Park.
This reserve was brought under Project Tiger in 1973. Subsequently some adjacent reserve forest areas were added to the reserve and extending to 880.02 Sq. Km. The present area under the control of Bandipur Tiger Reserve is 912.04 Sq. Km.
An area of 39.80 Sq. Km of KFDC plantation area was handed over to this division during 2007-08. During 2010-11 the Nugu Wildlife Sanctuary was handed over to Wildlife Division, Mysore.
Bandipur is also famous for safari and we can see so many wild animals like Asiatic Elephant, Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Indian Gaur, Spotted Deer, etc..
Harini guest house is one of the famous guest house inside the Bandhipur Government Cottages for sighting of wild animals particularly Leopard. Not only Harini, Kokila, Vanashree, Cheetal is also famous for Leopard sighting inside Bandhipur cottages. We just narrow escape from the Leopard attach nearby Harini cottage. Don't miss the entire encounter of Leopard attack.

    Bad idea to be outside, with little children. Wild animals know the terrain, they could be right behind you and you’d not even know. They’d take a child and eat that child while running. A giant like an elephant can walk without making any noise. Bad idea to be outside.
