You get what you pay for. Build quality is top notch, will never rust and sounds incredible. It’s worth it for me, but I can see why it wouldn’t be for others.

It’s highly recommended that you get a custom tune for long tube headers. I have oz omega tune

@@darrylalexander1512 it’s recommended but not required. You should be ok running long tubes with your current tune. Just throwing it out there, would you like to hear my truck in person sometime? Since we live not too far apart.

Definitely the way to go, my cold starts are ridiculously loud every morning but I custom made exhaust sound deadening pipes that I put in my exhaust tips every time the engine is cold

Definitely not stacked, you only need one spacer after the cat, not before

I personally had to buy and install a gasket in between the headers y pipe and borla catback connection so it’d be tight seal because I had an exhaust leak in that specific spot. Not sure if that was just in my case only or it’s a common issue with kooks headers and borla atak catbacks. Search up and order on amazon: Walker Exhaust 31556 Exhaust Pipe Flange Gasket. I also bought fiberglass exhaust wrap 2”x50’ and completely wrapped that connection. Be very careful with the fiberglass lint, it itches like hell and don’t breathe it in. Wear long sleeves, gloves, safety glasses and mask. It also wouldn’t hurt to buy loctite blue seal (do not buy red) and apply it to all the bolts, so that way it won’t loosen overtime, and can be removed at a later time if needed

@@darrylalexander1512don’t apply loctite to bolts where the headers connect to the engine though, it’s not needed. Only between the y pipe and catback

I’d personally go for a mustang 5.0 any day, but chose the F-150 4x4 with the 5.0 since I live in the Northeast where winters can be brutal

@@Eli5.0 I had to add a resonator to my Corsa to mellow it out a little bit and it still has the stock cats on there and stock headers.

2015. Looks like they never developed catless headers for 2021+ F150 5.0s. Only Green catted, which is stupid expensive.

V8 Truck engines always sound different than their counterpart sports car variants. F150 and Mustangs, Silverados and Corvettes/camaros. Ram 1500 and dodge charger/challenger
