Was NOT expecting Yo kai Watch to be mentioned in a Persona vid

I think female protagonist and LGBT romance options are overdue, but I would also like it if the game could be paced better. So far I've played Persona 5 and 3 and both of these games run into the same issue where the pacing is just awful. Something crazy happens, then it's like 2-3 weeks of just doing whatever you want while the main cast keep reminding you "hey wasn't that thing crazy? don't forget for the next big story beat."

With nearly 20 years of fallowing jump I think it’s safe to say that everything if fine and we have been through this before. The reason why we have people panicking is because of the huge influx of readers since the lockdowns and they aren’t used to comic stories actually ending. It’s a natural cycle I’ve seen countless times.

Ive gotta say the editing style is so enjoyable, its not too over the top but its still captivating and attention grabbing. Great stuff as always :D

I know p5 has everyone with high expectations but we can tame it down a noch because if the new one dosent live up to the hype i doubt it wont concidering atlus makes good games but ya know just incase

Looking to My Hero As a current pillar isn’t wrong at all but we’ve got to remember, Bleach and Naruto ran alongside One Piece for over a decade before MHA even existed. Then those series ended and new titles like MHA, JJK and KNY rose up to fill the voids left by the other big 3 titles. The magazine will be very different when One Piece eventually ends but new things will always come along. At one point in time, Dragon Ball was the flagship. I don’t think there’s anything to really worry about other than dealing with change as an audience used to things being a certain way. I for one will find it so odd when One Piece ends but that’s just life.

5 years later people will realise the value of modern series like jjk and ds. They get hate now but they will be remembered as the last big series ever.

I feel like i see this conversation once every 3-4 days on the weekly shounen jump Reddit page and every 3-4 years elsewhere whenever a series ends. I think I first noticed this when assassination classroom needed or when Naruto ended…. No it’s not dying it’ll survive even the weekly printed magazine, with most of its heavy hitters ending or have already ended (assassination classroom, demon slayer, Haikyuu, etc.) even then wan printed magazine still sells more than half of its best competition in weekly shonen magazine and that’s with a “nerfed” roster. WSJ will be fine. This conversation has become that meme “we have this conversation every month, can we please give it a rest”

The other thing about series ending is it opens the door for really solid copies to come out that can sometimes take their place. Black clover was basically Naruto and kaiju no.8 is attack on titan. Even my hero academia has the classic I’m a normal dude but actually I’m the chosen one to it.

I know it's wrong, but as soon as Persona 6 comes out, I'll be asking for a remake of Persona 4 the next day.

The comedy mangas in jump r just horrible, the problem is that they're aimed for Japanese people. That's why they're not popular worldwide cuz we don't share the same humor as the Japanese.

I'm a month late, but my favorite yo-kai are Tomnyan & Shogunyan. Yo-Kai Watch had it's own charm, & I really loved the 3rd game & blasters. I really hope the fourth game gets localized soon, because I really want to see Nate, Whisper, & Jibanyan again.

After naruto, dbz and one piece leave or finish entirely. The other animes have to step up, its like One piece, DBZ and Naruto have been the foundation of anime as a whole. Naruto and dbz got me into anime, then got into one piece couple years later. Other animes were there as well, but dbz, Naruto and one piece is like the main animes that i can seperate and hold in an entirely different standard
