Amazing Pasta can be made with unexpected ingredients like rice flour. In this case Red Rice Flour, which happens to make delicious and healthy pasta. It's fluffy, light, and most of all healthy. What I love most about this dough, is that it can take on an abundance of flavours! Like masala's, whole spies and even fried ingredients. Try this fun easy recipe and be creative with your shapes and ingredients! There are no Rules to delicious pasta!!
FOR MASTER DOUGH BALL
500g String Hopper Flour
500ml Water (add as you go)
2 Tbsp Ghee/Oil
Salt to Taste
FOR INDIVIDUAL DOUGH BALLS
1 Sliced Red Chilli
1 Sliced Green Chilli
5 Chopped Curry Leaves
1/2 Stalk Spring Onion
1 Tsp Turmeric
FOR THE PASTA
100ml white wine
75 ml Single/Double Cream
1 Stalk Spring Onion Chopped
1/2 Onion Sliced
1 Tbsp Pine nuts
2 Cloves Garlic Sliced
1 Green Chilli Sliced
Grated Parmesan
5 Curry Leaves
Two 1” Pieces Pandan Leaf
Fistful of Spinach
Red Chilli Pieces

First time on this channel, this recipe was sooo good. The flavor of the saucy part of this curry is so yummy. I just used small shrimp instead of the one she used. Also,I used water instead of the broth she made and it was already so good. Can't wait to try the broth next time. I think this would also pair really well with crab.

Can pandam leaf be replaced if not available
This was superb, I added murunga leaves to both stock and the fish since I always do that if I can find murunga ! Everyone loved it, the stock was the killer , I have previously made more of a ground up paste where the heads are used fully, but your version is far better balanced! Hey, but I didn't throw the heads , fried them with some chilli powder, tumeric and yum it was all gone as well ha ha 😂

This was interesting. I have done this for decades and have a very different assessment of roasting times. For example, I find cinnamon sticks the most robust, and methi (fenugreek) and chillies the quickest to burn. I roast more gently though - maybe that makes a difference. Great looking channel.
