I’m conflicted. I get that the guy she ended up with is an amazing guy for her and a much better option out of the two guys. Their relationship developed over time, they really had the opportunity to get to know each other, whereas with Sun-Oh it was kind of forced, since he was the one who kissed her without even trying to get to know her first. But after that Sun-Oh was good to her, he was attentive, he listened to her, he paid for her school lunch, he wanted to do what she wanted. Also, they had chemistry. The guy Kim Jojo ends up with is just kind of bland. I mean they have no chemistry whatsoever. Plus, the way she broke up with Sun-Oh over absolutely nothing just pissed me off. I just felt so sorry for him after that. (And don’t tell me that it was because she was trying to protect herself blah blah blah. She broke this guy’s heart over nothing that he did). Although, I do agree that Sun-oh acted very selfish, arrogant and very stalkerish towards Kim in the second season. So, I guess I’m mostly just mad at Kim Jojo 😂 Poor guys, she really messed with them 😂

English is the medium of instruction in the Philippines, more so than Tagalog/Filipino. For her not to speak English, she would have to be completely illiterate. While there are illiterate Filipinos, they mostly live in very remote villages and living a more tribal lifestyle. This is extremely unlikely for an immigrant to a first world country.

I would support this couple if I felt like she actually liked him... But the story betweem them is honestly boring for me. Like, I don't see love growing, I just see her deciding between moving on or not. It's like "I want to be with SunHo... But meh, I guess Hyeyeong is good too." Tbh this is one of those stories where I sincerely prefer everyone to be happy on their own.

I have seen so many fucking shows, and I have never ever seen the bond that clay and Justin had, or how their character development took place in any other show and the fact that everyone in some show will call their friend, their brother, but they fucking adopted. Justin, they made it official and no other show has done that that I have seen, and I just don’t understand why did they have to fuck this up? I mean they could’ve just left him they could. They didn’t have to kill him. It sucks the amount of character development in the show be it bryce Walker, how he was changing and he wanted to be a better person, and then they killed him off and Justin and how he hated clay in the beginning of the show and how they ended up, in the end
