Come through with the black classics OKAY!!!! this is one of the best casts I've ever seen. they were able to hop back into these roles years later for the second movie as well as the limited series. ❤❤❤

Honestly, when she said "My God you wrote it in your book!" that sums up my entire feeling about this movie even years later. He was such an idiot to put something that personal in a book and think no one would figure it out. I always felt that he thought it was too smart for anyone to catch on.

Loved how Sam immediately clocked Harper's shady character. Hope you guys watch the sequel. It's bittersweet🥺. Even though a lot of people ship Harper & Jordan, I don't think they're a good match. Jordan would 100% not tolerate Harper's controlling shady tendencies. It's easy to tolerate someone's shady behavior when you're not their partner, dealing with it every single day. If Harper & Jordan got together they definitely would clash.

It’s an unpopular opinion because some people think Mia is the villain because holy Madonna/whore complex Batman, but I don’t care about the Mia and Harper of it all, Lance cheated on her habitually and Mia cheated back once. Yes it’s dysfunctional as hell and writing about it was stupid but Lance was just a baby about being treated the way he’d been treating her for years.

I love seeing black classic films getting their recognition . This movie is timeless

It's quite the lost gem of childhood movies for some of us that no-one seems to care exists so I'm glad one of my favourite channels is reacting and giving it some love.
