I agree that YB should have been the prize... but the coins... the profits for how much coins the game will pull in by having people buy the Yellowbird with coins... might be able to pay the license fee with that.

1. Have you checked if your speedometre is mph and not kph? If your car is struggling to go beyond 200kph on the first uphill then you should genuinely ask the dev team on their CS email that there is something wrong with your game. 2. The steering assist, ABS, Diff and TC settings were not there in the initial advanced license test update as you can see in the video. All the advanced tests were originally meant to be done with no assists at all. The dev team changed that after they were inundated with nunerous complaints from the users. But the tyres are still fixed to sports tyres(if I remember correctly) and no suspension tweaks because this is a test to see if you can make it in time with the setups given to you.

It was not easy for me either😭 the time limit is very very tight on this one. Top players will certainly have 1~2 seconds on me, but I usually had only 1 seconds to spare if I was concentrating. This is certainly a hard enough test.

Another oldie, nice to see you here. And thanks. I get a bit emotional even though I technically never left the game. For all the words I pelted at this game I really think it is almost exceptional simcade for a mobile game. Now the old players constantly demand new stuff but if I started now, I would be amazed at the amount of content it has. Plus when I started, I never really minded if I got good cars or not to compete in the multiplayer. I just tried to get good leaderboard scores on unmodified cars and stuff. Now I have 170+ cars. I think that, just minding my own business, is why I played for so long.

I have no authority over this game in any way shape or form....

Tip is: don't go down to 1st gear if you can, trust the car to grip when you accelerate out of the corner(you have to find it somehow). Going wide will just increase the distance and not help the rear to grip particularly that well. I am not that good in this video. I followed someone else's tutorial of maintaining the 2nd gear on hairpins and reduced like 0.8 seconds. I practiced a lot too, but that really helps.

Yes you have to get it exactly right or the transmission will get stuck in reverse. It feels like having steering assist can help to give you more smooth J-turn but timing the turn and release of the throttle right and doing it at enough speed can result in a seamless turn.

2026... oh that sounds unreal... I would be in mid 30s. My goodness. I first dabbled in AR in 2017. It's eye-watering how time flies... Baking and art sounds pretty nice, I don't think you would have jobs taken over by AI in baking that's a plus... any jobs that can be taken over by industrialised baking has already been taken... in fact I already tried baking but I had a bad back at that point so I quit😅 I might try again though!

@@pricklypear300 right now I'm considering some thirdparty gamepad or PS dual sense as an investments for a possible pc racing later on, I'll maybe buy by the end of the year, so would you mind to ask around, I'm trying to ask the devs on Twitter but still no response. Also can't exactly do the whole wiping thing since i race multiplayer and i always fear that long straight cause my steering gets stuck.

​@@LateraL1ty there is a Discord server. I don't know if the devs are still active there, but there are rules that defines what you can or cannot ask. Don't remember if that included gamepads. I don't think they answer every questions posted on twitter? They are understaffed and you know gamedevs. They are always stressed, so...
