Over 2000 Miles Single Pilot Jet | Citation CJ3+
The CJ3+, also known as the Cessna 525B, is an advanced iteration of the Citation Jet series, celebrated for its reliability, efficiency, and performance, while incorporating top of the line Garmin G3000 touch screen avionics. Garmin takes user experience and user interface to the whole new level with its G3000. With a maximum flight range over 20000 nautical miles or 4000 km, this aircraft is perfect for long-distance travel without the need for refueling. It can climb to an impressive altitude of 45,0000 ft / FL450 or nearly 14 km, ensuring flights above turbulence, storms, and commercial airline traffic.
Today, we are flying a model equipped with TAMARACK active winglets, which enhance aerodynamic efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. The price of a new CJ3+ Gen 2 is around $12 million, while a pre-owned model can be purchased for $6-7 million, making it a viable option for a wide range of buyers. Please contact me if you need help in acquiring your aircraft,
The CJ3+ features a state-of-the-art cockpit equipped with the Garmin G3000 avionics suite. This advanced suite includes high-resolution touch screens, synthetic vision technology, and intuitive interfaces, simplifying pilot workload and enhancing situational awareness and safety. The Garmin G3000 also integrates seamlessly with various autopilot and navigation systems, providing a smooth and efficient flight experience.
In addition to its cutting-edge avionics, the CJ3+ offers a spacious and luxurious cabin designed for maximum comfort and ergonomic efficiency. Passengers can enjoy ample legroom, plush seating, and advanced climate control systems, making long flights more enjoyable. The cabin is also equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and modern entertainment options, ensuring a pleasant journey.
The CJ3+ is renowned for its excellent short-field performance, capable of taking off and landing on shorter runways than many of its competitors. This versatility allows it to access smaller airports that are often closer to final destinations, saving time and increasing convenience for passengers.
Furthermore, the CJ3+ boasts impressive fuel efficiency and low operating costs, making it a cost-effective option for business travel. Its powerful Williams FJ44-3A engines provide reliable performance and smooth operation, while advanced maintenance systems reduce downtime and enhance overall aircraft longevity.
Join us on this journey to explore the incredible capabilities and features of the CJ3+, and experience firsthand what it feels like to pilot this remarkable aircraft.

    I am astonished that transitioning pilots need not have an multiengine rating in order to get type rated in the Eclipse. Where can I look this up to read for myself?

    • @MaxJetRev
      @MaxJetRev 22 дні тому

      If you get an Eclipse type rating you will get multiengine rating limited to centerline thrust. Eclipse has been made with safety in mind to be pilot's airplane. It's almost as easy to fly as SR22. What is your current aviation experience?

    • @JustSayN2O

      @@MaxJetRev ASEL plus Instrument Airplane, 408.5 hrs total time, mostly in a G1000-equipped Cessna 172 (rented). Not a lot of aviation experience, but I've covered the basics. My next step would be transition training to an SR20, if only I could find one locally for rent, and with air conditioning (extremely hot where I live until November). Plenty of Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilots in my area, so that's not an issue. And I still find it hard to believe that the asymmetrical thrust associated with flying an Eclipse with only one operational engine does not require the training necessary for a traditional multiengine rating. It's not a Cessna Skymaster or an Adam 500. Hard to wrap my head around this.

    The reason for no STC for a 650 could be that the avionics is a hornet's nest and it freaks out if anything is changed. Maybe it could get an STC for removing all the junk and putting in a new suite. But then something else would freak out. It's better if someone makes an actually good new plane. Clean intelligent design. It has a big belly fairing which makes the door mechanism more complex. I really don't like belly fairings. Also for a supposedly carbon fiber plane, its empty weight is 4ton. How is that even possible. I guess it's all that avionics junk. Eclipse is metal and it weighs 1.6ton.

      Premier is very badly engineered all around. Systems, cockpit ergonomics, pilot procedures, maintenance access and procedures are all very outdated and not thought out. It feels like as if the plane is incomplete. There is a reason why it is so low valued by the market!

    Great video Max. I want to get a type in this airplane - do you do training? Also, where did you get your upset training to meet the requirement for the Eclipse rating?

      I do training in the Eclipse. Please feel free to contact me +1-917-951-8504. I got mine done at X58 with the guy, who since retired. Do you already have an Eclipse?

      CJ2 and bigger are certified up to FL450. So possibly if they got a block they could be at 42000.
