can you tell me why you would use the nano as your whole setup rather than making a pedalboard please?

I don’t remember the video addressing this, but do you use the noise gate, compression, or reverb on the alternative parameters? Or do you have them completely off?

I use a HSS strat for everything so I don't have the problem of various level issues, it gets all the tone I need

I just bought a QC and am gonna purchase this incredible build you created, thank you btw! My question is I primarily play stereo with the doubler. In your opinion / experience, where do you stay mono (solos?) and where did you double before going into your amp capture? In a trio live setting, I’m leaning on doubling the whole time. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated! I run stereo straight to FOH

What’s the name of the tone?

I just got mine and will use it in the simplest way, as an overdrive pedal, but in all my research the one thing in common turning off people from this unit is the software, if IK asks, tell them they are losing costumer over the crappy UI. Nice video!

If i go with two physical amps with hx stomp for control and stereo fx, its gonna be expensive if i go teo tonex one's at a lower price point with hx stomp and morning star mc6 midi footswitch controller with out board dirt pedals would accomplish this set up, mid price range.

With the ToneX One connected via USB-C, what I am hearing when I try to preview an amp, and what I hear when I import a capture into the pedal are completely different. I think that both the capture on the pedal and the capture that I am trying to preview are playing back at the same time. I have no idea how to stop the hardware from playing back along with the previewed capture. You seem to be able to do that in your video, so hoping that you can help me? Also, in the ToneX One manual, it says that I can record the processed signal on input 1, and the dry signal on input 2. On my setup, if I create two mono inputs, it’s just the left and right channel of the processed signal. I can’t seem to figure out how to track the processed and dry signals together. Any ideas? Cheers!

Great video. Super helpful. The thing that still confuses me is the LED color when setting the input trim on the tonex one. If I set it to taste and still in the green with no effects, my overdrive pedals push it into the red. Am I losing signal to clipping when it goes to red?

I am still trying to get my QC working with midi. There is terrible latency switching between scenes. I was under the impression the correct way to use this live is to setup a single preset per song and then create scenes turning things on and off per scene. Is that how you use your QC?

Just found your channel after my friend Matt on his EGSource channel tested your ToneX captures. Needless to say he loved them and mentioned that FOH guys said they needed the least EQ changes out of all that he's used. Having just bought two ToneX Ones, man these things are incredible and make amp hunting so much fun! Add to that the fact that we both play Duesenberg Starplayer TVs, what's not to like? Love your heart and your skills, blessings and keep going strong!

Hi great video and harness!! I ordered one for my Strat HSS, but I wanted to ask... since my American Standard single coils are 5.90 & 5.95 DC resistance and my Thornbucker+ is 9.1 DC, to avoid having a weak bridge coil split..how do you suggest to set the split?

I purchased the AC30 and Matchless patches. They sound great! I’d like to thicken up my lead tones but I don’t want it to sound too bassy. Any tips on how to thicken my lead clean tone? Boost mids? Adjust depth/presence? Mainly clean tones…I like how it sounds with using my drives.

The pedal itself is a great device, the software is difficult and confusing as most have stated. Besides watching videos, which are not always reliable due to the changes in the software updates, I found the obvious answer for many of my own questions: read the Amplitube Tonex software user manual (this is different than the Tonex pedal manual). I say this because I think many, including myself are just too anxious to get going and assume they are smart enough to click around and figure it out. But most likely you will not grasp all of concepts correctly and that will increase your frustration. I’m serious, read the manual. I spent this week going page by page and now I understand so much more! Thank you Tone Shepherd for your video and God bless.

Got mine today Disappointment..ODs and heavier sounds are fizzy sounding , flabby low end on all of them . They dont clean up very well either..I wanted to use it mainly for live sound through a PA but will be returning it

I know these tonex are great but why do you have revenant on all the time? what do you use them mainly for?

I see you sampling/listening to all the Tone model and also presets. How do you do that? When I do it, nothing samples. I have my pedal attached. Are you listening through monitor speakers and not your amp itself?

What's up, man? I'm wanting to buy the bad cat pack. However, I would like to know if I will have a phase problem with them. I really liked the combination of the BCs with the different speakers. In other words, are they already out of phase or would I have to use another amp?
