For demo purposes the paint option is more expensive so i use -1250 to effectively do List Price + 1250

Is there an option for uplift capability instead of a discount? Additionally, do we need to click the Ramp button in the transaction line editor and then the Generate button for each product again on the 'Configure Time-based Ramp' screen? With 10-20 products on most quotes, this could pose a usability issue. Most of our deals are multi-year, and we typically apply different uplifts for different segments.
It seems to only allow for positive discounts. Yes It currently needs to be done line by line.

For anyone receiving the "We couldn't sync the pricing data try again" message. I recommend stepping away for 10-15 minutes and trying again. I know this is an unsatisfying answer, but it's happened to me several times and letting the system rest made it all better :).

Billing is decoupled from sales, you should be able to amend anytime.

how can we map from quote line to order item? Also why are we mapping from salestransaction item to quote line? I mean what is the need for first mapping.
Are you looking for another mapping, I'm still testing. You map from salestransactionitem to quote line because that's how you map from the context service to quote line.
Can I somehow use the attribute as an input of a parameter to calculate the quantity. F.ex Sales person has to insert numbers in two parameters, A and B. These are prerequisites to calculate a quantity. So behind A and B there's a formular. How to set this up, in both CPQ and RLM if there's any differences ?
Facing issue when I "Save Quote" after adding Products- "For the recordName parameter, specify Expression Set that has at least one active version".
The fulfillment plan and the destination product setted up in the decomposition rule is not displaying in the order after activating it. It is only visible after I submit the order. Is it an issue on my end? Also can you do a brief video on bundle products, on how to create a fulfillment plan, decompose the products and set up jeopardy rules?

It is included with Revenue Cloud but there is extra setup and you need to install Omnistudio.

You can have multiple fulfilment plans depending on the scenario. Add/Renew/Cancel

When creating an Order record from a Quote, the Subtotal from the Quote Line Items are not carrying over to the Product Subtotal (TotalLineAmount) on the Order Products. Is there a way to map these fields?
Yes, you need to make sure the field is mapped in the pricing procedure.

It should appear by default in the Product Catalog Management but you can always add it to the lightning record page.
Hi there, I tried all of the steps that you showed in the Video. However, none of the products are visible when clicking on browse catalogue. Do you know what the issue could be? Thank you in advance! KR Dusan
So it looks like Derived Pricing is RLM's equivalent of Percent of Total, is that correct? But it adds the ability to apply a different algorithm to the pricing. It can be a simple percent as is in your example, but the algorithm could be more complicated. The thing that PoT lets you do, that I am not seeing Derived Pricing support is the ability to scope your price basis more flexibly. For example, if I wanted 15% of all lines on a quote that fall in Product Family XYZ, doesn't look like that can be done. The only options you have (right now anyway) are transactional/non or product/header.
Agreed, right now it's fairly limited. You can also not limit it to a specific bundle.
Is there any option to change where the error message is displayed? Like at the option you are selecting instead of being forced to scroll all the way to the top of the screen?
In theory you might be able to reuse the message component in the flow more than once or just move it around but it might still be outside the screen if you have enough options.
If you only allow one option in a category via Mix and Max attributes, why doesn't RLM present you with radio buttons instead of a checkbox and an error if you select both? CPQ handles that just fine...
I don't know the answer but I agree and hope that will be coming in a future release.

Context Definition - Click on your ProductDiscoveryContext Definition and create a Context Tag in CategoryProduct:Inherited(field Name) and then Map the data in Product Discovery context definition. 2. Now go to Sales Transaction Context Definition in Map Data edit mapping for ProductDiscoveryContextMapping , their is no connect object on right side for the moment click on + icon and add ProductDiscoveryContextDefintioon that you use and the map the field from SalesTransactionItem to CategoryProduct.
For step 1, when you say mmap the data in product discovery context definition, you mean adding Product on the right hand side to map the field from category product to product? If I try that, I get You cannot update ContextNodeMapping record with Id 11bal0000025mHQ as it an inherited artifact.
