The problem of the game isn't how Wario is drawn in the Artwork the video shows, instead it seems it was really made by Nintendo, look at the background. Wario’s Castle has never been shown that way almost if he did a remodelling or got a new one, it's cool how said castle doesn't appear in Wario Land 3 and 4 due where the game takes places being different, he already got the castle now he aims for the gold. Charles Martinet did a wonderful work, you can clearly recognize, as Wario's voice clips sound great to use many situations, too bad it is used rather repetitively and in monotonous weird gameplay. I bet he was hired to make voice samples in the room just because he was hired he did not know how it was going to be used in game.
