Bro i have grade 3 acl tear Im 15 yrs old and had this on 17 march when an activa hit my leg I gpund out about same after 1 month of injury Doctor asked not to do surgery before age of 18 I am able to walk properly after regular physio for 2 to 3 months But didint fell that good Plz help me able to run or jog properly Very less instability Get swelling for 3 to 4 days some time And get sudden pain rarely while walking but for 10 20 mins only I can almost fold my knee My height is 5'10 and weight is 100
