But the price would have been nearly the same. I paid 36€ for it. It seems that others didn't have the same experience that I had... but mine was loaded with loose glitter. I don't have a problem with a bit of it, but not the amount that this dress was shedding 😆 So far, I did not throw it out... but I can't stand touching it 😅 Maybe I can use some masking tape to remove the loose glitter. We'll see 🤣

I don't get your point. Defa Lucy is a company that makes clone dolls. At least so far... Do you know what a clone doll is? A lot of collectors call everything that is not Barbie a clone doll. Especially when they are not made by a western company. But now comes the problematic point... Not every clone doll is a low quality knock-off, but still, a lot of them are exactly that. Defa Lucy always made their own molds (no recasts, no rebuilds), even when their design was always very inspired by Barbie (always blonde with blue eyes etc.) But they also copied other dolls like Bratz. Is that a bad or good company to you? What does that mean? In my opinion is the quality they provided over the years quite nice and the newer dolls are definitely more unique, but the overall design is still highly inspired by Barbie Extra, for example. Since it looks like they want to rebrand, I am very curious about what Defa Lucy will look like in the future. But you as collector have to decide if the company is good or bad and of course if you like to buy stuff from them. Mattel claimed a lawsuit against them in 2021 based on the fact that the doll had an oval face, a smile and blue eyes... that's the reason Defa changed the head molds. And as a funny extra, nobody cared for their items before the change, now collectors do care for the new faces... So, I guess in the long run, Mattel was not the winner with this lawsuit. But we will see that in the future... This review is for pretty old Defas. They do have the face that was in question for the lawsuit and that's the reason I connected the topic. Because I find the whole thing very funny! I have no clue why Mattel felt the need to file a lawsuit... the dolls were ok, but not much more than a harmless clone doll. In the future, they could be a competition, but that's up to the image and products Defa Lucy comes up with 😅

No 😅 Not even one pair... the action doll feet are huge. The Mini Brands Fashion shoes only work for Barbie and some other fashion dolls. But I am happy that these girls can wear Rainbow High shoes and there are also a lot of nice sneakers in Ken size that also will fit 😁

You could use food plastic, just make kind of a ball around a joint

That's a good idea... I usually use Milliput, but with this kind of material, this moldable plastic is a better choice 😁

The link I bought this body from doesn't work anymore. I paid 36€ for it (there are better prices now😅) and I got it from Aliexpress. When you type in WorldBox female body, you will find all 3 types they offer and you can simply watch out for the best price.

Ich bin überrascht, das der Body mir so gefällt! Das Material ist für mich viel besser also Silikon... rumdrücken kann ich an mir selbst 🤣🤣🤣 ich brauche keine squishy parts bei den Puppen. Aber die Begeisterung für das Posen ohne sichbare Gelenke ist schon cool... aber die Gelenke an dem WorldBox body hier sind nicht so hässlich 😅 Ich mag das natürliche Posen und ich finde auch nix unanständig an den Plastikpüppchen. Ich glaube auch das der Trend davon wegkommt, dass weibliche Action Dolls xxxpüppchen im Miniformat sind. Es gibt mehr und mehr Sammler die den Mix aus hübsch, aber puppenhaft und Realismus wirklich mögen. Da gehöre ich auch zu und ich hab jetzt auch gesehen es gibt sogar größere Brüste für die bodies 😃... da muss ich mich nochmal mit beschäftigen 🤣 Dankeschön für dein Kommentar 😘

I paid 36€ for mine. That is really not cheap, but I am still impressed by the quality! Sometimes, it helps to look out for sales. Even Aliexpress does have very good sales all few months... But maybe even the second-hand market is an option. Because these bodies are really sturdy, also a used item should still work fine 😁 But you are so so so right with the skintones! The male bodies are wild! My poor girls don't have so many boyfriends 🤣🤣🤣 I have to think about trying out these as well... but I already ordered the other girl bodies. I simply was too curious what the differences are and at least the other skincolor. I hope they will also release more colors for the girls in the future since they have more for the guys 😁

Ach, die Gelenke waren schon warm... also warum nicht auseinander nehmen 😅 Ich war immer schon ne Nachteule. Seit Corona kennen Firmen hierzulande auch home office^^ Ich arbeite natürlich Vollzeit, aber normalerweise kann ich mir die Arbeit selbst einteilen. Tatsächlich packe ich zurzeit jede Freizeit in YT und das Sonntagsvideo wurde auch erst kurz vorm Hochladen fertig 🤣 Vielleicht werde ich zumindest in der Zukunft noch etwas organisierter... wir schieben das mal auf den Lernprozess^^

You are right, the prices are not cheap 😅 But I have to say that the quality is so so much better than of every full doll I have ever got. I think these bodies are very nice for everyone who really plays with their dolls or is taking pictures with them. I wouldn't buy an army of them because of their price, but it is a welcome alternative 😉

I still like the more dollish esthetic more, but I wish we could have more quality on the doll bodies that we get with the dolls. Of course, these bodies are more expensive, but atm, I have the feeling that the big doll companies save on every little thing when it comes to quality. I am tired of that 😮‍💨

That's what I mentioned in my video. Every country has different prices 😅 For me in Germany, shipping is free when you buy something for 9.43 Euro, so I guess around 10$, maybe? I only put the links in the description so that you can see what I bought and so you can do your own research. Usually, there are quite a bunch of different sellers who do have the same stuff. I am not affiliated with any of them, but I forgot to write it down this time. I'll change that^^
