  • @eyko1986
    @eyko1986 3 дні тому

    Thanks Alina, very informative. I am going there in mid-August on Thursday at 7 am. Given that the last part was the most beautiful (8:10), would it actually be better to start from entrance 1 rather than entrance 2 (provided you start at 7 am)? Otherwise, if I start at entrance 2 (even if at 7 am) by the time I get to the last part, there will be already tons of people coming through entrance 1. Perhaps it wont matter in the high season but just wanted to hear your opinion to best plan my trip

    • @aventuralina
      @aventuralina 39 хвилин тому

      Honestly, I would prefer to see the highlight at the end so I’d always choose the way I did it. But it really depends on your personal preference. If you go there that early and you start at entrance 1, I think there will be way less people even in high season that when I arrived. I have to admit that there was a part that did get really crowded. So yes, starting at entrance 1 will be best if you want to avoid the big crowds because that’s what a lot of people do, who start at 10 or later (the time when you would arrive there more or less). But again, it depends on your preference. I’d choose entrance 2 as a starting point because I feel like if you start at entrance 1 the rest will seem a bit “boring” (although still stunning of course!)

    Wow, Bourmouth also surprised me 😍 I didn't think it would have beaches enough to spend the summer, I thought that the beaches of the United Kingdom were very temperate although I have always seen in videos and photos that they have spectacular landscapes but I didn't know that people bathed in those beaches because they are temperate. The city is very beautiful, its clean streets, its architecture and the landscape it offers are impressive. I'm surprised by the long coastline of that beach and the part of its cliffs, they are quite impressive It would have also been fun if you did the zip line, I did it once and it's super fun I totally recommend it 👍

    • @aventuralina
      @aventuralina 3 дні тому

      I would have loved to do the zip line. Such a bad timing that it was closed 🥲 But another time for sure 🤩 Yeah, Bournemouth is very beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The beaches are super nice but I’m not sure if the water is warm enough for everybody. I personally need super high temperatures to fully walk into the sea and I don’t think I would last long in the waters of Bournemouth 😅

    • @antoniougueto8914
      @antoniougueto8914 День тому

      Exactly, suddenly in another destination where you travel you could find a zip line even more fun and you can do it 👍 I agree, it's better to put your feet in warm waters to be able to walk in them because the waters of Bournemouth beaches must be colder than those of Italy and even colder than those of northern Spain 😂 than if someone were to put their foot in on one of Bournemouth's beaches you would immediately freeze 🥶 but the landscape is very enjoyable 😉👌

    Very informative. Thanks. How about Wise accounts? Any problem using Wise? Also, how easily can you sell gold, silver, or platinum coins there? A one ounce platinum coin takes up much less space and is less conspicuous than a wad of 100 dollar bills.

    • @aventuralina
      @aventuralina 45 хвилин тому

      With Wise you shouldn’t have any problems :) I personally didn’t check wether you can easily trade gold, silver or platinum. I would assume that it’s possible but since it’s not the most convenient method, it wouldn’t surprise me if that would make you loose money. In general I personally would not recommend to bring too many dollar bills or anything else such as gold. Just because it’s more uncomfortable to travel like that and of course there’s always a risk of getting robbed (nothing ever happened to me but you should be aware of this anyways). Card payments work perfectly fine in most places and they give you the best exchange rate. So in my opinion carrying too many dollars with you really isn’t necessary. And my second preferred option after card payments would definitely be Western Union. And after that cash. So, I guess it depends on your preference but these would be my recommendations ☺️

    Salteñas are prepared differently, depends on the place. I got surprised the one you bought it had the dough almost dry, usually it's kind of a soup, good thing was that one had a lot of dough. The ones I never liked it was when they added olives, years ago that was very common, they seem to have dropped it in many places, the one I currently like it's the ones with mushrooms instead of meat or chicken. Gotta say, during my life I have met a couple of Bolivians who are German descendants (like a female teacher I had) and German residents, there has been a good amount since the 1900s industrialization era. Some important companies were founded by Germans who migrated around that time too, when they started as small ventures, companies in something that Germany is famous, cold meats, they used their German surnames for them, something I realized later, like Stege, Dillman.

    • @aventuralina
      @aventuralina 5 днів тому

      I honestly didn’t know that there used to live so many Germans in Bolivia that they still have an impact until today. That’s very interesting! I’ve had further salteñas and some of them were more like a soup 😅 But I guess for the video it was good to have a drier one because it can really be a mess to eat them 🤣 They are delicious! I really loved them and enjoyed it a lot to try different flavours 😋

      As far as I know it is common to pay the rent on a monthly basis and I would assume that you can do this via bank transfer. I can recommend you to check out Remitly: remitly.tod8mp.net/XYVk3o Here you can make worldwide bank transfers and it only costs a very small fee per transfer. But it's the easiest way to transfer money directly from account to account without having something like PayPal in between and it's even cheaper than PayPal. So in my opinion it's a great option for regular payments such as rental bills :)

    How beautiful is Cíes Island 👌 from the top the views are stunning each European island has its charms, white sand, crystal clear waters, the views are beautiful, the only thing is that you have to be a little brave to bathe in such cold waters 😂 while the waters of the Caribbean islands are a little warmer and more pleasant, but even so European islands have their charms too 👍 Although the islands of Los Roques here in Venezuela and the Maldives have the best beaches of the world 😅

My respects to Daniel and you, I was impressed by the topic of the biologists, since I did not imagine them with so much interaction with the Amazon jungle and that biologists built houses and lived in the jungle, I imagined them on expeditions and only that, The Introduction of the Video, Too Cool. !! The images with the Drone, The jungle itself. It is a life experience to always remember, haha thanks for sharing it ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺Arribaaaa Alinaaa!!

Thank you Alina for showing this beautiful place in Spain, the beach is beautiful and the island even more so and if I share that the cold water does not help, the same thing happened to me in Arraial do Cabo in Brazil, with a beach very similar to the one you are now, but with an icy water that you had to take courage to get into despite the tremendous heat outside. Greetings from Argentina !

      Si, Agua congelado lo hace difícil meterse. Pero esto no significa que no se puede disfrutar un día en una playa así. Lo disfruté mucho allá en las islas Cíes. Es un lugar hermoso y vale mucho la pena visitarlo 🤩

    I like how the city looks so clean, the old buildings and the mixed architecture, mainly Peruvian with Spanish additions. It's very impressive how they have to add layer after layer, so that their islands can continue floating and wow Alina, the altitude hit you, not like in Bolivia, but you can see in your breathing that you were a little short of breath.. wooow Arribaaaaaaa Alinaaaaa :) 🤣🤣🤣🙂🙂🙂

      Yeah, me and the altitude we won’t become friends anymore 😅🥲 But it’s worth a visit and a very beautiful and unique place! It was super interesting to learn about the life on the islands 😍

    Would be easier just to use the US dollar. Do you know if merchants accept it ?

    • @aventuralina
      @aventuralina 12 днів тому

      They do accept it in a lot of places but your will get a shitty exchange rate as they put their own prices in dollars. This way you’d loose a lot of money so I wouldn’t recommend doing that
