Tearing into our Turbocharged 5.0l coyote engine after 2 years of abuse. All was not well as we found a couple small issues, and one large problem with piston skirt design.

We utilize our in-house chassis dyno to get safe and reliable power over several combinations. We work on vehicles powered by multiple different ecus, and engine combinations. From turbo 4g63 setups making 80+ psi of boost, to NA 5.0l mustangs. we don't forget the Chevy guys though, also working on multiple LS engines in multiple swap vehicles using several different types of engine management.

Where is the owner of the car I have some questions LOL
These are not street engines, the clearance are way to little, and they ship with the hottest plugs, and they were aim at a vehicle that weight, around 2000 lb, my one (CT525) lasted last only 20 minutes in a jet boat, first run, and yes we were checking fuel mixers, broke 7 and 8 rod, hole the block. My friend lasted 29 minutes on a dyno, again drop a rod, block holed. And I was told by another engine builder, they need a full rebuild and all the clearance set up to run in a street car. And it would be a waste of your money in a 6000 lb truck. If you Google there lots of fail Ct525.

This setup is a 180* header. Not equal length in this variation. The new setup, which I haven't posted about yet, is an equal length variation of a 180* header.

FINALLY!!!! Someone else who loves fast boats! I started out in 76' at 16 working on our shop boats, and a year later set the SDBA Unblown Gas Flatbottom World Record in a Cole V-drive boat named " COLE BLACK ", and shortly thereafter did some work on Dan Pastorini's Blown Fuel Hydro. Yeah. We actually bent these .002. Moved to a .225 wall TP-01 material from trend
@@ForceEngineering Not from China for sure, as we use a .500" pushrod and buy it from them also... killer p'rods... We are at 5165 hp with the current car... we've had both an Alcohol Funnycar and a Nitro Funnycar! We are soon moving to a 9/16" pushrod... from another vendor... no slight on Trends pushrods... just need extra-super-duper- pushrod strength. Thanks again for your answering my post to you! QUESTION... : Any particular reason for using Boosline CHINESE connecting rods, in whatever engine ( ARP 2000 Rod bolts or not... copies ? ) ? Just curious. Respectfully, Seth
It's fairly difficult to get a steel connecting rod that isn't a Chinese rod these days. They've been working great for us thus far.

Head or block. What’s best ?
Depends on what you're doing. If running an oring with an MLS, you need to put the oring in the block. If you're doing an oring with a receiver groove and copper gasket, the oring goes in the head.
Who makes the driveshaft you used?
A local company made this one. Martin spring and drive in kalamazoo, MI

Is this a stock block?
Yes
You removed the swirl dams. Does two things, neither good for n/a engine. Requires massive timing adjustments to get rid of stumbling at part throttle and lowers compression ratio. Forced induction is fine. But Ford didn’t accidentally put that in there. I know firsthand. My head porter removed for my n/a engine. Wish he hadn’t.
This head combo has picked up hp on both na and turbo applications on multiple occasions.
05-09 is the best looking mustang

Not enough info...did I miss it?..is it the 2.4?? obviously the GXP had the 2 Ecotech turbo with 15 pounds of boost, so I am assuming you installed a turbo on a 2.4, and with 5 pound of boost, making 197 HP to the wheels looks like 240 net HP. I have a 07 GXP and a stage 2 RPM Motorsports tune and the car makes 300 net HP.
Should have pulled all the way to 5800 with the factory tune.

Boring bore squares to the deck surface. Only uses the bore for centering on each cylinder.

Correct, the HX is .001 inch more clearance
498 on pump gas? That’s it? 627 is what Ess coyotes make on 93
I've never had an ess kit on our dyno to see how the numbers compare. Dynos vary so much that it's almost impossible to draw solid conclusions from one to next.

We made lots of 9.0-10.0 passes with this. Keep the tune-up conservative, and it will live for a while.

It's a 73 or later body for sure but the fender, hood, grill and bumper swap to 70-72 style is a definite upgrade.
