This video was very informative!! I sprained my right ankle while moving heavy boxes and a TV. I could not walk for about 3 days. Then after when I was able to walk on it, I went back to moving again. Then I sprained my left ankle! They both look just like a Grade 3. I just now found 2 Mueller ankle stretch Velcro support wraps and I am wearing them now. Unfortunately I have no health insurance, do you think I should go get checked?

I am coming here just to avoid that Ist part of your video: Stepping on that strained part of ankle!!!!! Even if I have to do long days exercise, I would surrender to it rather than just getting off by that ridiculous stepping!!😢😢😢

I sprained mine this morning and it has been very painful and has swollen. I have my clinical tomorrow and i don't know if i can function well with it.

I’m at the end of my tether in pain with an ongoing 30 year I believe grade 3 sprain. Currently can’t sleep, pain is unbearable and if I could I’d electively consider amputation to be pain free. Sad old world isn’t it. But watching this has given me a glimmer of hope. Thank you so very much 😂
